Research On The Development Trend Of Mixed Difficulty Movements In Competitive Aerobics Under The New Rules

Competitive aerobics belongs to the sports that are dominated by skills and difficult to express beauty.As a single event in the competition,mixed doubles of competitive aerobics is special.Athletes should not only show their superb skills in the complete set of movements,but also fully express the beauty of both sexes.Competitive aerobics since the introduction of the country,after several generations of aerobics hard nourishment,its individual have achieved proud results.However,China’s mixed doubles in all previous competitions in the competition results and five people,three people hold the dominant position compared to the ups and downs of large fluctuations.In addition,in terms of scientific research,the proportion of literature materials solely studying on mixed pairs in China is relatively low.Therefore,the research on mixed pairs of competitive aerobics is of great significance in making up for its scientific research and promoting its project development.The implementation of the new cycle score rule is both opportunity and challenge,in order to make up for the shortage of the mixed doubles in our country,to further promote the development of the mixed doubles projects in China,based on the literature material law,expert interview method,video observation,mathematical statistics method as the research method,comparison summary the variation,features of the new rules,in combination with eight before the 15 th aerobics mixed doubles world championships and the 2018 national aerobics championship junior athletes in the group of eight sets of movements before mixed doubles the difficulty action choreography,analysis under the new rules of difficulty movement trend of the development of mixed pairs,It provides a theoretical basis for the selection,innovation and training of mixed pairs of competitive aerobics in China.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the difficulty of the new rules in the change of the content characteristics,mainly reflected in the high score difficulty low score decreased,difficult to cancel half of body difficulty,the use of incentive combination is difficult,the more strict requirements of difficulty movement to complete,complete sets of allowed in the difficulty of group and the number of difficulty in mixed doubles complete set of movements is adjusted for up to nine,difficulty of the content of adjustment and modify the mixed doubles in high score difficulty movement in the selection of subject to female athletes competitive ability factor will diminish.(2)domestic and foreign mixed pairs show the same characteristics of group ratio in the selection of four groups of difficulty,the number of which is shown asA:B:C:D=2:0:5:2,the difficulty of group B is hardly selected,and the difficulty of group C is still the mainstream.(3)domestic and foreign mixed pairs tend to arrange two combination difficulty types in order to get more bonus points in the complete set of movements.In addition,C+C and C+A dominate in the difficulty combination types of two connection,and C+C+A dominate in the difficulty combination forms of three connection,and the combination types of skill + difficulty show an upward trend.(4)the advantages of domestic mixed doubles are that the difficulty movements selected in the set have high scores and high completion quality.The disadvantages are that female athletes are relatively weak in ability,male athletes are not strong in difficulty movements,and the artistic expression of the complete set of movements is weak.
