A Study On The Influence And Response Of The Complete Set Of Movements In Three-person Aerobics Under The New Aerobics Rules

Competitive aerobics originated in the United States in 1968 and was introduced into China in the 1980s.In 1987,Beijing held the first National Invitational Aerobics Competition.In 1992,China officially established the Chinese Aerobics Association,which also marked the rapid development of Chinese aerobics.Standards have been in place since 2001,when the International Gymnastics Federation(FIG)began to set the rules for competition.Through the federation to revise the content of the rules,the new rules with four years as a cycle,and thus far,aerobics into the "four years of new rules"era.Three-person operation is one of the most important items in aerobics competition,and the change under the influence of "four years of new regulations" has been a hot spot in aerobics research.In the latest edition of the "New Quadrennial Rules"(2017-2020),all the previously conceptualized contents have become concrete,which has a positive effect on the development and promotion of the project.But it also leads to the "new rules" on the three-man gymnastics set of the specific impact of choreography?From the perspective of professional sports teams,how to make specific response?These problems need to be paid more attention to and discussed deeply in the research of the complete set arrangement of three-person aerobics.From 2014 to 2020,I served as a member and the fourth captain of Xiamen University Aerobics High-level Sports Team(2016-2018),and participated in aerobics competitions on behalf of Fujian Province for many times.During this period,I have a relatively deep understanding of Xiamen University and the development of competitive aerobics.Therefore,this paper chooses the complete arrangement of three-person aerobics project under the "Four-year New Rules" as the research object,and selects the high-level aerobics team of Xiamen University as the specific investigation object.The influence of the three-person operation under the "new regulations" should be deeply studied and discussed.It is expected to provide some reference for the development of competitive aerobics and provide empirical basis for reference for aerobics research under the "new rules".In this paper,by using the method of literature,video analysis,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and expert interview method,selection of xiamen university in 2018,2019 annual national aerobics championship in three exercise complete set movement arrangement,the competing scores as well as the top three teams in research and analysis,found that three people hold complete choreography of xiamen university in the following questions:(1)the characteristics of the music theme style does not have(2)the complete set of movements is not close enough(3)the difficulty of the movement is not stable and so on.After the investigation,it was found that the aerobics team of Xiamen University made the following adjustment strategies and countermeasures after summarizing and analyzing the 17 version of the new rules,experiencing the accumulated experience of two competitions,and absorbing the suggestions of relevant experts in the field:①select the mainstream theme music;② enhance the complexity of the operation;(3)refine the fluency of action and transition action in the set;(4)To optimize the stability and completion quality of difficult movements and combined movements in the complete set arrangement.After adjustment and training,in 2020,Xiamen University aerobics team in the open(Korea Station)to obtain a good result.eviewed,the subject combined with the object to form a complete response strategy.By studying the whole process of analysis,this paper has the following two conclusions:(1)analysis of the latest version of the "new rules" for four years(2017-2020),changed the game time,lift into a difficulty to ease,with scores to judge the same as the preliminaries,increased after the discussion of reflection mechanism,art score more detailed and complete grading standard changes.② The influence of rule change on the three-person gymnastics project:,shorter time to make arrangements with the score method of score to make arrangement requires more rigorous,after the system arrangement notice reflection and summary lifts make more complex and art rating requirements for innovation to reinforce choreography artistic quality,difficulty in expanding the scope of the operation using the three man,difficult technical demands increase layout planning and training,etc.
