Under the guidance of the goal of Morality Education,a new round of reforms in China's basic education has continued to advance,there have also been many new changes in the high school ideological and political class.The 2017 edition of the Standards for Ideological and Political Courses in Ordinary High Schools clearly requires that in order to nurture the core literacy of students,it is necessary to pay attention to the actual situation of student growth,pay attention to the needs of students for lifelong development,improve teaching,and build an activity-oriented discipline with topic-based teaching as the main method course.The topic-based teaching is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of "Morality Education",cultivate the core literacy of students,and lay a foundation for the lifelong development of students.Strengthening the exploration and practice of topic-based teaching in high school ideological and political courses should be a major issue for our high school political teachers.Therefore,carrying out the topic-based teaching research can not only enrich the relevant theories,but also provide useful reference for the implementation of the topic-based teaching practice,which has both theoretical and practical significance.This topic is divided into four parts to discuss and explore,specifically as follows:The first part is the introduction,expounds the reason and significance of the topic selection of this topic,summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign topical teaching theory and the research status of teaching practice,and points out the basic ideas and methods of this research.The second part is an overview of themed teaching,which is divided into four discussion sections.The first section is the definition of the basic concept.Based on the author's practical exploration and reflection,the author draws on the existing research results of the scholars and clarifies the connotation of the topic and topic-based teaching.The second section clarifies the differences and connections between topic based teaching and topic centered teaching,discussion based teaching and problem based teaching through the differentiation and analysis of relevant concepts.The third part summarizes the characteristics of topic teaching.The fourth section discusses the value of using issue-based teaching.The third part discusses the influencing factors of topic-based teaching.Through the observation and analysis of the subject and core elements involved in the topic-based teaching,the problems of the current topic-based teaching are clarified:First,the teacher's educational concept needs to be updated,the understanding of topic-based teaching needs to be deepened,and its professional quality needs to be improved.Second,the students' self-learning awareness needs to be enhanced,the learning methods need to be improved,and the learning objectives need to be clarified.Third,the rationality,feasibility and functionality of the issues are easily overlooked.Fourth,other factors such as teaching evaluation,teacher development,and school security.Etc.on the impact of topical teaching.The fourth part,on the basis of referring to the previous achievements,analyzing the current situation of teaching and summarizing the teaching experience,puts forward the application strategies of topic teaching.Firstly,it points out the application principle of topic-based teaching in high school ideological and political class:adhere to the principle of negligence and create situationality.Principles,respect for the principle of subjectivity,foster core literacy principles,and highlight the principle of value leadership;Secondly,the application of the topic teaching in the political class of senior high school is clarified,including selection and determination of issues,topical instructional design,and development around topics Classroom teaching,teaching evaluation and after-school reflection,and discussion on each environment;Finally,the paper puts forward the relevant transformation of the application of issue-based teaching in the political class of senior high school.First,teacher transformation,updating educational concepts,enriching knowledge reserves,Improve teaching design and teaching organization;Second,change students,change roles,improve learning methods,and enhance endogenous motivation;Third,change school security,improve teaching organization,improve curriculum,and improve curriculum implementation;Fourth,institutional reform,Promote the reform of the teaching evaluation system and improve the teacher development system.
