With the rapid development of society since the 21st century,students have gradually shifted from the cultivation and orientation of knowledge,ability,and emotional values to the cultivation of core literacy.The "strong framework" boundaries between disciplines and between formal and informal education are gradually weakening..Surface learning based on fragmented knowledge can no longer meet the needs of the times.Deep learning is the general trend of international education reform,and the deep learning theory has fallen into practice.It has also been a focus of attention in the field of education in China in recent years.Since the introduction of the three-level"national-local-school" curriculum management system in our country,since school-based curriculum is a form of curriculum endowed by the state with local,school,and teacher curricula Curriculums that meet the needs of social training,meet students'learning needs,and have school characteristics pose new challenges to school education.After sorting out the history of school-based curriculum development and the development of deep learning theory,this paper develops a school-based comprehensive practical activity curriculum based on the Deeper Learning Cycle(DELC)in the junior middle school biology course.Practice base to build a school-based course of "Inquiry on Soybeans",including the basic links of development design,implementation practice,evaluation and revision.This article evaluates the internal and external curriculum development resources of Guangzhou No.2 Middle School through the current situation assessment method,and combines the learning needs of students to develop a "soybean exploration" school-based comprehensive practical activity course based on the DELC junior high school biology course under the premise of mature conditions Practice.Through the practice of curriculum development,in the practice of DELC-based school-based curriculum development,resources can be coordinated according to local conditions,and the characteristics of flexible curriculum content and streamlined curriculum models can be achieved.At the same time,it provides some reference experience for how to build a "student-centered" evaluation system in open courses.
