The Study Of Influencing Factors Of College Students' Conflicts In Intimate Relationship And Education Strategies

In high school,because of heavy academic pressure,immature personal development and strict management of teachers,etc.,the seeds of love are often killed in the cradle.However,after entering the university,the free and relaxed living atmosphere and the gradually mature physical and psychological conditions,coupled with the relaxation of enrollment age and the release of the ban on marriage,make the university campus become a hotbed to nourish love.However,there are many contradictions and conflicts in love in real life.College students are a special group whose body and mind are not yet developed.If the conflict is properly resolved,the relationship will be closer;if the conflict is intensified and escalated,the relationship will cool down or be separated,while the serious incidents of coercion,suicide or murder will occur.The consequences of these incidents will undoubtedly bring serious harm to both parties,the family and even the society.Moreover,with the general trend of college students' love in recent years,there are more and more cases of extreme conflicts in intimate relationship,which has also brought a lot of pressure to the college student management.Therefore,studying the conflicts in intimate relationship of college students is good for social harmony and stability,personal development of college students and student management in colleges.Based on the theory of conflict and conflict resolution strategies,this study constructs an analytical framework for the current situation of college students' conflicts in intimate relationship.By adopting the survey method of questionnaire and interview,it investigates and analyzes the causes,solutions,impacts and results of conflicts in intimate relationship among college students in six universities in wuhan,and further explores the influencing factors of college students' conflicts in intimate relationship.The results found that:at the social level,there are problems of inequality in traditional social gender concepts and misguided from social media;at the school level,school ignores college students' love education,on the one hand,schools lack love education,on the other hand,love education lacks effective content and form;at the family level,parents'attitude towards college students' love is not positive,and lack of proper love education;at the individual level,college students have some problems about love.Once there are conflicts in intimate relationship,they often avoid asking for help,and they have no rational coping style,and the handling method is often sensitive;in terms of gender differences,there are differences in attribution,recourse,resolution strategies and influence of conflicts in intimate relationship.Based on the influencing factors of college students' conflicts in intimate relationship,this paper puts forward the corresponding education strategies from the aspects of society,school,family and individual.At the social level,propose suggestions for disseminating the concept of gender equality,strengthening supervision,and strengthening the social responsibility of the media;at the school level,it is recommended to pay attention to college students' love education,provide practical love courses,enrich the form of love education,implement love education based on gender,and build the service system of love consultation and assistance;at the family level,parents should strengthen communication and guidance with children,create a harmonious family atmosphere,and implement appropriate love education;at the individual level,establish a correct view of love,take a positive look at conflicts,and take appropriate measures to resolve conflicts.Through this research,on the one hand,I hope to attract the attention of all sectors of society,especially college student management workers,and let them observe the reality needs of college students' love;on the other hand,I hope to expand the research field of college students' conflicts in intimate relationship,and from the perspective of love education,it provides advice to society,families and individuals,especially colleges,which help college students solve conflicts in intimate relationship.
