With speeding up of the urbanization and modernization progress, leading to the rurallandless serious, more and more rural surplus labors move to city for living for the lack ofadequate jobs and development opportunities. For many reasons, the most rural labors can’ttake their children together to city to take care of them, only leaving them at home by parentsor relatives, as a result, a large colony--the children left in rural areas. Because lacks ofparental care and guidance from their parents for long time and living in incomplete families,the children left in rural areas have many problems. Along with the increase in the number ofpeasant labors, the size of the children left in rural areas to expand year by year, Moralquestions of the children left in rural areas has become the new issues of new rural educationin our country.The paper understand and analyze the situation of moral problem by an in-depthinterview some teacher、the children left in rural areas and their guardians in primary schoolof N Township and nearby Primary School in He ze City, Shandong Province, and analyzethe reasons of moral problem, and present the methods to solve the moral problem of thechildren left in rural areas on the basis.The children left in rural areas have many problems as moral knowledge fuzzy,moral apathy, weakness of the moral will and unreasonable moral behavior and so on, Thereare many reasons for the moral problems of them as unreasonable factors of social systemsand policies, and also the drawbacks of the education in schools, more rural children left inthe lack of emotion. Therefore, it will be a complex and huge systems to solve the moralproblems of the children left in rural areas. It need both social coordination and concertedefforts, but also establishing regulatory mechanisms of the children left in rural areas for theschool, more the care and guidance of family for them. At the same time, the children left inrural areas have to increasingly strict demands on themselves, to strengthen self-awareness.The problems can be solved only by the joint efforts of whole society, schools, families andchildren themselves for long time step by step.
