The rapid development of information technology and the ever-increasing demand of online education have promoted the prosperity of the online education industry.Schools at all levels,traditional training companies and even Internet companies,entered into the online education market.The market now is filled with fierce competition.Based on the analysis of MH Online Education Company's resources and environment conditions,this paper selects a competition strategy to advance the future development of the company-competitive differentiation strategy,as well as the implementation route and safeguard measures to provide guidance to MH Online Education Company to win the competition in the future,to expand their business and increase revenue.At the same time,the results will be summarized,hoping to provide reference for other online education companies in the fierce competitive environment for development.This article uses competitive strategy theory to conduct a comprehensive analysis of MH online education company.First,the company's internal environment and resources were analyzed.Then,the external environment of MH Online Education Company was analyzed by PEST and Porter Five Forces Analysis.Then,it analyzes the company's internal environment and resources,further clarifies the hidden opportunities and threats in the external environment,and the advantages and disadvantages in the internal resources through the SWOT matrix,so as to choose the suitable education for MH Online Education Company.At the same time,it puts forward three strategies of product design differentiation,business model differentiation and resource introduction difference.On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions to strengthen brand building and innovation research,optimize organizational structure and personnel structure,and pay attention to market promotion,which will guarantee the implementation of differentiated competitive strategy.
