Research On Performance Evaluation Of Internet Enterprise Network Public Opinion Management

With the gradual deepening of China's economic system reform and the increasingly fierce social structure transformation,the comprehensive popularization of the mobile Internet and the improvement of people's ideological and cultural level have also intensified the demand for expressing political demands.All of these have brought severe challenges to the public opinion management of Internet companies that have not experienced the crisis management.At present,the research subject of network public opinion mainly focuses on social network public opinion and group event network public opinion.There are few researches related to enterprise network public opinion management,and there is little research reference to Internet enterprise network public opinion.Most of the research is limited to the theoretical level,and it cannot provide effective and effective support for the improvement of corporate network public opinion management performance.At the same time,these studies lack structural analysis,neglect the mechanism of interaction between various elements in the process of network public opinion management,and cannot evaluate the level of network public opinion management of enterprises.It is difficult to provide guiding opinions on enterprise network public opinion management.Therefore,based on the basic theory,social mechanism and practical application of enterprise network public opinion management at home and abroad,this paper firstly defines the definition of Internet enterprise public opinion management performance,and uses the idea of balanced scorecard to improve the performance of network public opinion management.The goal is to correct the four dimensions of the original balanced scorecard to determine the influencing factors of Internet enterprise network public opinion management performance.Through the system dynamics simulation of network public opinion management performance,the interaction and constraint relationship between factors and the influence of a certain factor on the performance of corporate network public opinion management are explored.According to the importance level of the sensitivity level,the indicators with obvious influence degree are used to balance the relationship between the five subsystems and the Internet enterprise network public opinion management performance evaluation,and establish the Internet enterprise network public opinion management performance evaluation index system.On this basis,the PSO-PP method is used to formulate the Internet enterprise network public opinion management performance level standard,and the linear relationship between the high-dimensional influencing factors and the network public opinion management performance level is represented by finding the projection value that makes the projection index function reach the optimal projection value.Thus,a projection pursuit level evaluation model for Internet public enterprise network public opinion management performance is constructed.Finally,combined with the Visual Culture Development Co.Ltd.,which is involved in the “copyright incident”,empirical research is carried out to obtain the best projection direction and the best projection index function value by solving the nonlinear problem by PSO optimization.According to its characteristic fitting,the equation model of Internet enterprise network public opinion management performance evaluation is obtained.The results show that the Internet enterprise network public opinion management performance evaluation model derived from this study can judge the Internet enterprise network public opinion management performance level,and thus provide decision-making suggestions for Internet enterprise network public opinion management.
