Since 2015,my school has started to offer elective courses in mathematical modeling and participated in the "dengfeng cup" national high school student academic science and technology innovation competition sponsored by tsinghua university.And achieved excellent results.However,in the teaching process of the author,the author found that the existing literature references about the mathematical modeling activities of middle school students are relatively few and highly comprehensive.Needs the student to have the very solid foundation,already complete mathematics foundation.Compared with college students,the knowledge system of high school students is not perfect.The improvement in mathematical modeling is not enough.So I want to develop suitable for the high school freshmen can start work and with the teaching progress will learn the mathematical modeling teaching contents closely connected with actual life course,and in them into the physics,chemistry,biology and geography knowledge,let the service high school teaching of high school mathematical modeling in real sense,cultivate the students' practical ability,improve mathematical modeling the core accomplishment.This paper firstly analyzed math textbook for high school students.After analyzing,the author knew the relationship between high school Mathematical modeling teaching and the math teaching process.The author found that most students love math and they were aware of the usage of math in their daily life by doing questionnaires.Besides,most teachers in secondary schools mentioned Math modeling and most students have certain basics for Math modeling which set the foundation of the setting up of Math modeling elective course.By analyzing the literature,the author studied Math modeling teaching for high school students.The studies include the basic procedures and the principles of math modeling and the way to value math modeling course design.The application of trig function is studied through "anti-smuggling pursuit problem".The application of trigonometric functions in geography was explored through the sun shadow motion trajectory and the design of solar cabin,and the application of solar altitude Angle and azimuth Angle in geography in real life was brought into full play.At the end of the course,the knowledge of trigonometry was studied by measuring the height of teaching building.Based on the curriculum schedule of senior high school,this paper tries to let students gradually improve the quality of mathematical modeling.
