Since the development of curriculum reform,"cooperative learning" has been gradually adopted by more middle school teachers.The most prominent feature of cooperative learning is that it changes the main body of classroom learning and enables students to have more autonomy.It can improve students' subjective initiative,deepen students' exploration and understanding of knowledge in class group communication and discussion,and enable students to better integrate into classroom learning.In the traditional teaching mode,the classroom is a teacher as the main body,the students passively accept knowledge,the new teaching mode and cooperative learning to students as the main body of classroom teaching,students to find and solve problems independently,construct new knowledge,understand the occurrence and development of the knowledge process,teachers are to guide students.This new teaching mode can make students realize the fun of exploring knowledge,cultivate students' subjective initiative,and greatly improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.This paper is mainly divided into six chapters,through the literature research method,combined with the domestic and foreign research situation,the basic theory and implementation theory of cooperative learning are expounded.Using questionnaire survey and interview method,this paper takes teachers and students of Yuncheng Yanhua middle school as an example to carry out an empirical study.Through the investigation of teachers,the implementation status of cooperative learning in high schools is understood,and the reasons are analyzed.According to the investigation,comparison and analysis of the students,found that cooperative learning mode is helpful for improving students'academic performance and stimulating students' interest in learning,but also found some problems,such as unreasonable grouping,cooperation obstacle,improper time,students in the group show,polarization and other issues.Through the analysis of the problems,three improvement Suggestions are put forward:scientific and reasonable grouping,strengthening group construction and strengthening active guidance.
