The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the requirements of "accelerating the process of modernizing education and building a strong education country".The education reform in the new era focuses on improving the quality of personnel training.The construction of the country requires high-quality talents for all-round development and lifelong development.The goal of comprehensive development determines that education cannot ignore the mental health problems of adolescents,and the degree of mental health directly determines the quality of population development.High school is the "golden stage" of adolescents' psychological development,and it is also a"dangerous stage",prone to various psychological problems.Positive education is the application of positive psychology in the field of education.Compared with traditional education,positive education attaches importance to the realization of personal value and the learning psychology of students,taps potential,cultivates positive qualities such as creativity,self-confidence,optimism,and advocates the comprehensive While developing,it can prevent problems that may arise in the course of education.Curriculum standards require that ordinary high school Chinese courses should be based on compulsory education to lay the foundation for lifelong learning and comprehensive and individualized development of students.Composition teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching.By cultivating students' writing interest and writing ability,the goal of improving Chinese literacy is achieved.However,the composition teaching in high schools is currently restricted by exams.Teachers will not teach,dare to teach,students will neither write nor write,the teaching process will be modeled,the topic selection,style,training methods and commentary forms of composition will be single,and students will be enthusiastic in writing.Low,poor writing habits,lack of good writing psychology.Based on this,this article combines active education with high school composition teaching,and explores the combination of the two in-depth,and proposes specific teaching strategies to provide new ideas for achieving high school composition teaching goals.The main part of this article is divided into three chapters:The first chapter mainly elaborates the relevant theories of active education.Positive psychology is the theoretical basis of positive education.It is different from the traditional psychology that plays a role in revision.Positive psychology has the main functions of developing positive thinking,shaping positive values,promoting the healthy development of body and mind,and developing positive social relationships..At the same time,the content and functions of active education are elaborated.Active education can meet the needs of the development of China's education,turn the education process into a process of active knowledge seeking,and enable students to obtain a positive experience and a positive future through education.The high school composition teaching course under the active education concept can protect the physical and mental health of students,maintain and develop the advantages of students,and achieve the common progress of teachers and students.To explore the feasibility and specific practice methods of active education in the process of education and teaching in China,to provide theoretical and practical support for the combination of active education and high school composition teaching.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of high school composition teaching and explains the reasons for the lack of active education in the high school composition teaching process.In high school,the mental health problems of teenagers are frequent,the enthusiasm and motivation of writing are lost,the values of some students are misaligned,the goal of composition teaching is difficult to achieve,and the campus contradictions are prominent.This is caused by the lack of awareness of the students spiritual care,the neglect of the rules of student development,the lack of a good learning environment,and active communication and cooperation under the absence of active education.The third chapter elaborates the specific strategies of high school composition teaching under the active education concept.First,create positive emotions in composition teaching.Improve students' writing enthusiasm,regard writing interest as an important teaching goal,set writing themes reasonably and let students express their emotions with genuine feelings;innovate composition training forms,carry out various auxiliary composition activities and use media teaching flexibly Resources to provide more possibilities for composition teaching.To build students 'confidence in writing,it is necessary to stratify composition teaching,set composition difficulty according to the level of students' development,pay attention to the differences in student development,and conduct composition fragmentation training;teachers should use active teaching languages,learn to affirm students,and make Targeted multiple evaluation.Second,we must cultivate students' positive qualities in composition teaching.Pay attention to the creative goals of writing,expand the scope of composition,brave breakthroughs,conduct experiential situational teaching and free teaching full of imagination,and broaden the horizons of students.From the establishment of writing goals,the selection of composition propositions to the specific process of composition teaching,we focus on cultivating students' creativity.Teachers can combine positive psychology training with composition teaching,carry out daily diary exercises,let students discover the beauty of life,teach students to use self-assessment and self-correction in the correct way of interpretation,develop personal advantages,and improve self-efficacy in writing.Cultivate students' optimism.Third,develop positive relationships in composition teaching.The dominant position of teachers in the teaching process determines that a positive teacher-student relationship requires changes by teachers.Teachers must communicate with students on an equal basis,evaluate teaching fairly and impartially,conduct teaching activities on the basis of emotional principles,and increase their participation in composition training sense.A positive student-student relationship requires more communication and cooperation among students,innovating a
