Reading accounts for a large proportion of the language,and high school Chinese reading teaching is also very important.In the teaching of Chinese reading,we must not only pay attention to the study of basic knowledge and theory,but also the healthy development of high school students’ psychology.However,there are still some traditional problems in the teaching of high school Chinese reading,such as lack of interest in Chinese reading,lack of language reading ability,and insufficient attention to Chinese reading.Therefore,in view of the current situation of high school Chinese reading teaching and a series of problems in high school reading teaching,try positive psychology theory to optimize the strategy of high school Chinese reading teaching.Positive psychology is a new direction in the field of psychology research.It is different from traditional psychology and personality psychology,which focuses on the study of individual psychological problems,but pays more attention to the positive aspects of human beings.Positive experience,positive personality is the main component of positive psychology theory.It pays more attention to people’s virtues and strengths,and hopes to look at the great potential of developing human beings through a positive attitude.For example,in the long-term educational practice,the encouragement of students and other means to stimulate high school students’ initiative and enthusiasm for reading and learning,and the establishment of a harmonious teacher-student relationship and other educational methods and viewpoints also reflect the principles of positive psychology.Therefore,it is feasible and necessary to use positive psychology to teach high school Chinese reading,and try to analyze the current situation of high school Chinese reading teaching from the perspective of positive psychology.On this basis,this paper puts forward the main strategies to solve the problems in Chinese reading teaching in high school: Firstly,under the guidance of positive emotional experience theory,pay attention to stimulating students’ enthusiasm for Chinese reading and learning;Secondly,use positive personality theory to cultivate high school teachers and students.Active personality,improve the effectiveness of Chinese reading teaching.Case analysis is carried out in specific teaching,and efforts are made to apply teaching strategies to teaching practice.
