| High school is a crucial period for students' physiological and psychological development,and it is the primary task of school education to guide and promote their healthy growth.At present high school students due to a variety of reasons,physical exercise is seriously inadequate,affecting the development of physical health of students.However,under the influence of the current education mode,it is difficult for high school students to spare a lot of time for physical exercise.How to use the limited time in the school of high school students,through reasonable physical exercise and exercise intervention to improve the physical health of high school students,we high school physical education teachers to study and solve the problem.Through the comparative analysis of the national physical health test data of freshmen in gaoyou middle school of jiangsu province when they first entered the school,this study finds out the weak items in the test data of freshmen in senior high school and analyzes the subjective and objective reasons,so as to formulate effective solutions according to the teaching environment and teaching conditions of the school.Sports classroom teaching and extracurricular sports activities are adopted to carry out targeted physical fitness exercises,and diversified sports intervention measures are adopted to enhance students' physical fitness,so as to improve high school students' physical fitness test ability and level,so as to meet the relevant standards of high school students' physical fitness stipulated by the state.The results show that:1.Through 12 weeks,three times a week in the physical health test of high school students in the weak items of intramural exercise intervention,the 02 experimental class and the 07 control class students 50 meters results,men and women students standing long jump results,boys pull-up,girls sit-ups results have improved.2.02 experimental classes of students by 12 weeks,three times a week(2 PE lessons and 1 activity)to add 10 to 15 minutes of exercise intervention,mainly through the high intensity interval training to improve the students' speed,strength,power,02 experimental classes significantly higher male students 50 meters,standing long jump results improve significantly,both men and women boy pull-ups result,the female sit-ups result very significantly increased;According to the normal class teaching,the students of the 07 control class had physical exercise three times a week for 12 weeks(2 PE classes and 1 activity class).The boys' and girls' 50-meter scores,standing long jump scores,and boys' pull-up scores were improved but not significantly,while the girls' sit-ups scores were significantly improved on average.Therefore,through this study,it is concluded that short-term targeted exercise intervention can effectively improve the scores of weak items in the physical health test of high school students,improve their physical quality such as speed,strength and explosive power,and promote the development of physical health of high school students. |
