Research On The Path Of Innovation Of Sports Service Provided By The Aged Care Institutions In Huaibei City

19th CPC National Congress of the Party clearly pointed out that to actively deal with the aging society and to speed up the development of the cause and industry of the aged are the tasks that must be faced in building a well-off society in an all-round way.With the development of the society,Pension institutions will become a place for more and more elderly people to spend their twilight years,and the sports services provided by pension institutions for the elderly will directly affect the quality of life of the elderly.Take Huaibei City as an example,comprehensive use of literature,interviews,By means of questionnaire survey,field investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the present situation of sports service supply of old-age institutions in Huaibei City,and finds out that there are some problems in the provision of sports services in various old-age institutions: the elderly have high enthusiasm for physical exercise,But the fund of the institution is little;the old people have a wide range of sports hobbies,but the sports facilities of the institutions are insufficient;the elderly have a strong sports demand,but the professional guidance of the institutions is scarce;the elderly pay attention to physical health,but the institutional physique monitoring means are single.In order to solve these problems and alleviate the contradiction that sports services of old-age institutions cannot meet the growing sports needs of the elderly,This study uses the theory of resource allocation and the theory of government purchase service to innovate the development path of sports service supply of old-age institutions in Huaibei city.From the perspective of resource allocation,pension institutions should reasonably use policy tools,give full play to their policy role,establish a system of funding guarantee,focus on supporting special objects,develop local site resources,and optimize equipment management methods.Utilizing the advantage of human resources,innovating the mode of professional training,drawing lessons from the way of commercial operation,establishing the platform of sports information,under thesight of government purchasing service,the role and responsibility of the participating main body should be clearly defined.To establish a smooth multi-subject cooperative and mutual help relationship;to cultivate the elderly sports service organizations to improve the quality of their services;to improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism of government purchase of services.
