As education reforms are in full swing,schools are paying more and more attention to improving the overall quality of students,implementing one-hour sunshine sports activities every day,and effectively implementing the physical education curriculum of compulsory education.As an effective supplement to the school physical education curriculum,the sports interest class is also an important means to improve and improve the students' physical fitness at the stage of compulsory education.This article uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,field investigation method and SWOT analysis method to study and analyze the basic situation of the development of sports interest classes in the high schools of the high-tech zone,and combines on this basis Relevant policies,the author's reflections during internship,and the use of SWOT tools to provide their own views on how to promote the healthy development of sports interest classes in high-tech zones.The main conclusions of this article are: 1.The management structure of sports interest classes in high-tech zones lacks social participation;some schools fail to guarantee the participation of all members in the organizational form;the opening time of interest classes should be completed by the state led by the government,implemented by school leaders and coordinated by parents,And strive to make the time of all schools relatively concentrated and preferably the same,and the length of time is uniformly arranged at about 90 minutes;each school has its own magical skills and advantages and disadvantages in the project setting,but the main problem is the undemocratic selection of the project.2.Schools support the development of intra-school sports interest classes.Some schools need to strengthen the daily inspection and supervision of teaching teachers.All schools have not specifically approved funding for intra-school sports interest classes;parents have launched intra-school sports interest classes.In general,supportive attitudes still need to be strengthened in understanding sports concepts and children's education;most students have a favorite attitude toward sports interest classes in schools,but the proportion of general and dislike attitudes cannot be ignored due to their causes.3.The teaching faculty of the sports interest classes in the high-tech zone are weaker than those in Guangzhou and Shenzhen and most of the cities that the author understands are second-tier cities.This conclusion is expressed in issues such as education,training,and professional qualifications;high-tech zone primary schools The site facilities are relatively complete,and all meet the requirements of national standards.The suggestions given in this article are: 1.Optimize the management structure of sports interest classes in the high-tech zone,the government and social forces jointly assist the school in making decisions,strengthen the connection between schools andinstitutions from the upper level,and transform the work from the original teaching office into the teaching office Collaborate with the leader of the sports team;try to solve the problem of full participation through large-capacity projects and supplements by non-professional teachers;create a parent committee,and the school and parent representatives jointly discuss the setting of interest class projects.2.In line with policy trends,vigorously promote sports interest classes;based on unique advantages,find a path to healthy development;rationally rely on policies,seek a correct way to open interest classes;all sectors of the society work hard to improve the level of teacher education in institutions;display educational achievements,Break the barriers of social cognition;cultivate a virtuous circle,and institutions and schools grow together;institutions self-improvement,take the initiative to actively change social cognition;increase exchange learning,and institutional teachers to develop professional education.
