The current is an important period to promote the construction of campus football,and is also a key year to deepen the reform of campus football and form a stable mechanism.The National Youth Campus Football Work Leading Group Office emphasizes the need to improve various assessment evaluation and management methods,strengthen football teaching management and evaluation,and implement effective supervision.It is necessary to conduct a thorough survey of existing campus football characteristic schools and establish an exit mechanism,thereby effectively guarantee,improving the construction quality and level of campus football characteristic schools.Therefore,the construction of a teaching evaluation index system for elementary school football special schools can promptly discover the problems in teaching,provide a reference for the improvement of the school football special school teaching,continuously improve the quality of teaching,and make football teaching more in line with the needs of campus football construction.Constructing a teaching evaluation index system can also make a reasonable allocation of state funds and improve the supervision mechanism of football-specific schools.After studying the relevant theoretical knowledge in depth,this study uses the literature method,questionnaire method,interview method to study and analyze the current situation of the football teaching evaluation of Henan primary school football special schools at the current stage.It can be seen that the evaluation system at the emerging stage has a lack of evaluation content.A series of problems,such as sex,single evaluation method,neglecting process evaluation,insufficient evaluation criteria,and insufficient feedback of evaluation results,aiming at the existing problems,this study combines teaching evaluation theory and the national policy of campus football characteristic schools.Construct improve the evaluation index system of football teaching in characteristic schools.First,the design indicators were screened by Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,and a total of 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 77 third-level indicators were determined,including teaching preparation,teaching process,teaching evaluation,and teaching effect.The order summation algorithm is used to weight the indicators,determine the weights of the indicators at all levels,then determine the evaluation criteria of the three-level indicators according to the teaching goals and teaching requirements of the characteristic schools,and finally determine the evaluation subject and evaluation method based on expert opinions.In the end,a football teaching evaluation index system for Henan primary school football special schools,including evaluation indexes,evaluation standards,evaluation methods,evaluation subjects,operating procedures,and guarantee mechanisms.
