the assessment of the work of the head teacher in the secondary vocational school is an important part of the education evaluation of the secondary vocational school.The quantitative evaluation method is one of the basic methods of education evaluation.It is also a kind of evaluation method that has been paid attention to in the education evaluation practice of assessing the work of the head teacher.In recent years,XH school has always regarded the quantitative evaluation method as one of the main evaluation methods of the work of the head teacher.In the application of quantitative assessment method to the assessment practice of XH school head teacher,researchers have gained many valuable experience.On the basis of the theory of educational evaluation and empirical research methods,the quantitative evaluation method of XH school's head teacher is studied in depth,which not only improves the quantitative evaluation method of XH school's head teacher evaluation,but also provides application reference for the application of quantitative evaluation method and educational evaluation practice,and enriches the theory of educational evaluation to a certain extent.The purpose of this study is to improve the quantitative evaluation method of the work of the head teacher of the XH school in Hefei.The purpose is to explore how to better apply the quantitative evaluation method to the evaluation of the daily work of the head teacher,so that the quantitative evaluation of the head teacher can promote the professional level of the head teacher,improve the work enthusiasm,enhance the sense of responsibility,and guide the students to develop better.In this study,questionnaire survey and interview are used to investigate the purpose,subject,index,weight,scoring method and feedback of the assessment results.It is found that there are some problems in the current quantitative evaluation of the work of the head teacher in XH school,such as the single subject of the evaluation,the incompleteness of the evaluation index,the unreasonable distribution of the index weight,and the simple feedback method of the evaluation.In view of the problems found in the survey,Delphi method is used to modify the quantitative evaluation method of the work of the head teacher in XH school.In the modified method,unreasonable evaluation indicators are deleted,score added evaluation indicators are added,weight values are modified,multi angle evaluation subjects are added,scoring methods are adjusted,and feedback methods of evaluation results are improved.The new method has been optimized in the following aspects:(1)improve the leading group's understanding of the quantitative evaluation value;(2)improve the evaluation index and weight value;(3)add diversified evaluation subjects and methods;(4)optimize the feedback and Application Strategies of evaluation results;(5)further improve the incentive mechanism of evaluation.
