Research objective:This study conducts exercise and health education interventions on obese children,explores the effects of different intervention methods on body composition,blood lipids,blood sugar and physical fitness of obese children,and understands the relationship between obesity,glucose and lipid metabolism and physical fitness,to reveal the effect of exercise combined with health education intervention model on fat loss in obese children,provides a reference for preventing and controlling childhood obesity and enhancing the physical fitness of obese children.Research methods:According to the voluntary principle,selecting 38 effective targets and dividing them into 4 groups,namely,exercise combined with health education group(group A)which includes 13 students,exercise group which includes 9 students(group B),health education group that was formed by 7 students(group C),and there were 9 students in the control group(group D);formulate exercise intensity according to the subject's maximum oxygen uptake and their exercise ability,exercise intervention duration is 1h,3 times a week(Monday,Wednesday,Friday)aerobic exercise and physical fitness exercises,once every two weeks Health education intervention,the experimental period is 4 months,and test the body composition,blood lipid,blood sugar and physical fitness of the subjects before and after the experiment.Research result:(1)Exercise and health education have significant interactivity in the changes of BMI,FAT%and WHR of subjects;BMI and WHR of the exercise combined with health education group are very significantly different from the BMI of the exercise group(P<0.01),There is a significant difference between the FAT%of the health education group and the FAT%of exercise combined with health education group and WHR of the exercise group(P<0.05),and there is a significant difference in the BMI of the health education group(P<0.05);The BMI,FAT%and WHR of the group,exercise combined with health education group and exercise group and health education,showed a downward trend,and the decline rate of the xercise combined with health education group was higher than that of the exercise group and the health education group,while the control group showed an upward trend;BMI has no correlation with physical fitness,FAT%and WHR Related to strength and quality.(2)Exercise and health education have significant interactions with TC,TG and HDL-C changes in blood lipids;TC in the exercise combined with health education group and exercise group decreased significantly(P<0.01),HDL-C Significantly increased(P<0.05),TG and LDL-C were not significant;The decline rate of TC,TG and LDL-C in the exercise combined with health education group was higher than that in the exercise group,and the rise rate of HDL-C was slightly lower than that in the exercise group In the health education group,the TG and LDL-C indicators decreased,but the TC increased and even exceeded the increase in the control group,and HDL-C decreased;TCwas significantly correlated with strength and quality(r=0.490,P<0.05).(3)There was no significant interaction between exercise and health education on the changes of fasting blood glucose in the subjects(P>0.05).After the experiment,the blood sugar index of exercise combined with health education group and exercise group showed a significant difference(p<0.05).From the perspective of decline rate,the exercise combined with health education group,exercise group and health education group all declined,the exercise combined with health education group has the highest decline rate;Blood glucose was significantly correlated with flexibility(r=0.471,P<0.05).(4)Exercise and health education have a good interaction on the changes in the strength,speed,endurance and flexibility of the subjects;the flexibility,endurance,sensitive qualities and grip strength and one-minute sit-ups in the exercise combined with health education group,there are extremely significant differences in sitting events(P<0.01);there are significant differences in speed quality and strength quality in neutral long jump events(P<0.05);there are extremely significant differences in endurance qualities of the sports group(P<0.01);there were significant differences in the grip strength and standing long jump index among the sensitive qualities and strength qualities(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the grip strength items in the strength and quality of the health education group(P<0.05).Research conclusion:After 4 months of experiments,it was found that body composition,glucose and lipid metabolism have a certain correlation with physical fitness,BMI has no significant correlation with physical fitness,but FAT%and WHR in body composition are related to strength quality,TG and strength quality,Blood sugar is related to flexibility.Exercise intervention and exercise combined with health education intervention have significant effects on children's fat reduction,which can effectively lower blood sugar level,improve children's lipid metabolism and promote children's health;health education can slowly reduce the degree of obesity,however,the effect is not as good as exercise.The effects of intervention method are obvious;on the whole,the combination of exercise and health education intervention has a better effect.Scientific and regular exercise combined with health education can reduce the levels of BMI,FAT%and WHR,promote the fat consumption,improve the body shape,and increase the physical quality on obese children.Besides,it also can actively regulate glycolipid metabolism and prevent the occurrence of diseases.Should maintain a long-term exercise habit,establish lifelong sports awareness.
