Objective:This article adopts a combination of exercise intervention and health education to intervene in obese children.Observe the influence of body shape,body composition,blood lipids,inflammatory factors,insulin resistance and other indicators of the subjects after 6 months,and analyze the effect and mechanism.It provides a theoretical basis and program to improve childhood obesity and prevent inflammation and insulin resistance.Methods:In the initial stage of the study,49 eligible subjects were selected as experimental subjects.The volunteers participated in the experiment according to a voluntary approach and were divided into groups.Eventually 39 effective targets were obtained,11 in the exercise intervention group(E group)and 7 in the control group(C group).Health education group(Group D)8 people and exercise intervention + health education group(E+D)13 people,mean body weight 51.45 ± 6.36 kg;according to the pre-exercise target heart rate of each subject combined with their exercise capacity Individual exercise intensity,1h exercise,3 times a week(Monday,Wednesday,Friday)aerobic exercise(basketball basics and aerobics exercises)and strength training(sit-ups,small dumbbell exercises),and weekly The health education intervention focused on nutrition interventions and behavioral interventions has a period of 6 months;test subjects' physical height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,body fat percentage,etc.before and after the experiment Indicators,and lipid metabolism(total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol),fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,calculated insulin resistance index,and inflammatory factors High sensitive C-reactive protein,[alpha tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-6,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,macrophage inflammatory protein-1 alpha)biochemical indices.Results:(1)Compared with before the experiment,the BMI and Fat%levels in the E group decreased significantly(p<0.05),the WHR level decreased,but there was no significant change(p>0.05);BMI,Fat%in the E+D group Significantly decreased levels(p<0.01),WHR levels decreased significantly(p<0.05);DMI BMI levels showed a significant increase(p<0.05),Fat%,WHR levels increased,but no significant difference(p>.05);BMI and Fat%levels in group C decreased significantly(p<0.05),WHR levels increased,but there was no significant difference(p>0.05).Between groups,at the end of 6 months,the BMI and WHR levels in the E+D group were significantly different from those in the C group;the Fat%level in the E+D group was significantly different from that in the C group.There was a significant difference between group B and group C.The overall effect of group E on each index was better than that of group E+D.The effect of group D was stronger than that of group C,but compared with group E.,no significant effect.(2)Compared with pre-experiment,LDL-C levels in group E decreased significantly(p<0.01),TC and TG levels decreased significantly(p<0.05),and HDL-C levels increased,but there was no significant change(p<0.01).p>0.05);TG levels in E+D group decreased significantly(p<0.01),TC,LDL-C levels decreased significantly(p<0.05),HDL-C levels increased,but no significant changes(p>0.05);TC,TG,and LDL-C levels in D group decreased,HDL-C levels decreased,but there was no significant change(p>0.05);TG,LDL-C levels in group C increased significantly(p<0.01),TC levels increased significantly(p<0.05),and HDL-C levels significantly decreased(p<0.01).Between the two groups,the level of TC in E+D group was significantly different from E group at the end of 6 months,and there was a significant difference between D group HDL-C level and E group;overall analysis,E+ The effect of D group on blood lipid was better than E group,followed by D group and C group.(3)Compared with before the experiment,serum IL-6 levels in group E decreased significantly(p<0.01),MEP-1?,TNF-?,hs-CRP,and MCP-1 levels decreased significantly(p<0.05);E+D group The levels of IL-6,TNF-?,hs-CRP and MCP-1 were significantly decreased(p<0.01),and the content of MIP-la was significantly decreased(p<0.05).Serum levels of MIP-1?,TNF-?,and IL-were found in group D.6 Content increased significantly(p<0.05),TNF-?,hs-CRP,and MCP-1 levels increased,but there was no significant difference(p>0.05);serum MIP-1? and IL-6 levels in group C Significant increase(p<0.05),hs-CRP,MCP-1 content increased,but no significant difference(p>0.05);between the end of 6 months E+D group MIP-la,hs-The levels of CRP and MCP-1 were significantly different from those in group C,and there was a significant difference between the two groups in the content of TNF-a and IL-6;E group MIP-1? The levels of IL-6,TNF-a and MCP-1 were significantly different from those in group C(p<0.01),and there was a significant difference in hs-CRP levels between the two groups(p<0.05);The content of-1 was significantly different from that of group D(p<0.05).The overall effect of serum inflammatory factors showed that the E+D group was superior to the E group,followed by the D group and the C group.(4)Compared with pre-experiment,serum CLU levels in group E decreased significantly(p<0.01),FINS and HOMA-IR levels decreased significantly(p<0.05),ELU group CLU,FINS,and HOMA-1R levels Significantly decreased significantly(p<0.01);HOMA-IR levels in group D increased significantly(p<0.05),and CLU,FINS levels increased,but there was no significant difference(p<0.05);group C CLU,HOMA-IR levels were significantly higher(p<0.01),and FINS levels were significantly decreased(p<0.05).At the end of 6 months,the levels of CLU,FINS,and HOMA-IR in the E+D group were significantly different from those in the C group;the CLU,FINS,and HOMA-IR levels in the E group were compared with the C group.There was a significant difference;there was a significant difference in CLU and HOMA-IR levels between group D and group C,and there was a significant difference between the two groups on FINS.At the end of the six months of intervention,the CLU,FINS and HOMA-IR in the exercise group and the exercise+health education group all decreased significantly(p<0.05).Both the control group and the health education group showed an upward trend,and the difference in HOMA-IR was significant.(p<0.05).The overall analysis of group E had better effect on each index than E+D group.The effect of group D was stronger than that of group C.Conclisions:Through 6 months of intervention experiments in sports and health education,1.Six months of pure aerobic exercise and sports + health education programs can effectively promote the burning and consumption of body fat,and have positive effects on lipid metabolism in obese children.The regulation effect can effectively improve the dyslipidemia caused by obesity and prevent the occurrence of diseases.2.Six months of pure oxygen exercise and exercise + health education can reduce serum inflammation levels in obese children,improve the development of inflammation in obese children,slow down the exacerbation of obesity,and possibly eliminate the chronic inflammatory state caused by obesity.3.Six months of simple aerobic exercise and exercise + health education can significantly reduce the glucose metabolism and insulin levels in obese children,reduce IR,reveal that aerobic exercise and health education may reduce the level of inflammatory factors in obese children's blood,reduce IR,disrupting the positive feedback loop,further hinders the development of obesity.4.The overall effect of the exercise + health education program is not obvious compared with the simple aerobic exercise.A simple health education can reduce the development of obesity,but the effect is significantly lower than that of aerobic exercise;revealing that exercise and health education have the effect of improving obesity.Good results,but the implementation of sports and health education programs is not perfect.This intervention program still needs further exploration and research.
