Class is the basic unit of school teaching activities,and also an important place for students to learn and live,which plays an important role in the healthy growth of students.The traditional class management mode needs to be reformed.It pays attention to the undifferentiated mode management,can not meet the needs of students,suppresses the development of students' personality,and is not conducive to the formation of self-confidence,self-esteem,self-confidence and self-improvement.Class quantitative management is a new kind of "numerical" management method.It means that on the premise of abiding by the laws and regulations of education and the rules and regulations of the school,all the requirements of students in learning,discipline,health,lesson hold,dormitory and dining room are quantified into numbers.Different numbers represent different degrees of quantity,and the class is taken as the unit to add or subtract points.Cumulative quantitative assessment is performed and the results are used as the basis for class evaluation.It is a kind of management method which can promote students' words and deeds to be standardized.The reason why the class quantitative management mode has attracted more attention is that it is more open and transparent to the class management,reducing the burden of class management,improving learning enthusiasm,and stimulating students' sense of responsibility.Quantitative class management is being implemented in L Junior High School of Xuchang City.This model has some advantages and disadvantages,and it is of great practical value to study it.This paper decided to study under the guidance of quantitative theory and refinement theory.Taylor's management theory believed that school education could also be quantified,and refinement theory is a concept and a culture.Adopting refinement theory is to consider the whole process of school management class.This thesis decided to investigate and research questionnaire design and interview design on the four dimensions of the formulation,content,implementation and effectiveness of class management of Xuchang L Junior High School.According to the results of questionnaire and interview,the results of class quantitative management in L Junior middle school of Xuchang city are as follows: the students' behavior habits have made obvious progress;the students' sense of responsibility has been enhanced,and the enthusiasm of learning has been improved;the sense of collective honor has been increased,and a good class style has been formed.The problems of class quantitative management in junior high school are as follows: the quantitative management mode of the class is formal,and the links of quantitative management are unreasonable;the head teacher deviates from the teaching work and pays too much attention to the scores;the quantitative management ignores the personality development of the students and adds psychological pressure to the students,which is easy to cause moral deficiency.In view of these problems,the paper analyzes the reasons from the school,the head teacher and the students: the formulation of class quantitative management plan is subjective,the content is not scientific,the management method is simplified,and the management feedback is not timely;the head teacher is busy with work affairs,and the formalism is outstanding;the students lack of democratic consciousness,self-discipline and self-control is not strong,and the moral belief is not firm.This paper proposes optimization strategies for the above problems from the three levels of school,class teacher and student: the school should establish a refined management concept,and consider the fine management in the formulation,content,implementation and feedback.The head teacher should set an example and strengthen scientific guidance;pay attention to home-school cooperation,and cultivate democratic awareness;carry out student quantification,and promote self-management.Students should cultivate a variety of interests and hobbies;improve the ability of self-control and self-discipline;establish a correct faith in life.
