| The class is the most basic unit of the school.The success or failure of class management determines the success or failure of school management.Only effective class management activities can ensure the normal development of school education and teaching activities,in order to ensure the quality of school education and teaching.The author's class management adopts the method of quantitative management,combined with the teaching practice of education,it is of far-reaching significance to study the quantitative management of the class.Through the study of class management by foreign and domestic scholars,the theoretical research of foreign scholars is early and there are many theories.Compared with domestic scholars,there are many practical studies and few theoretical studies.For quantitative management,foreign scholars have more research in enterprises and less research on class management.Domestic scholars quantify the class from theoretical and practical research,but most of the research is not creative enough,scientific,and feasibility.This research starts with the current situation of the quantitative management of the school in the author's school.The questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the class quantitative management.The research finds that junior high school is mainly young and middle-aged female teachers,most of whom work as class teachers for one-five years,in class management.Quantitative management is used in China,and innovation is carried out in class quantitative management.However,due to the detailed rules of class quantitative management,the workload is large,and the quantitative results are linked to the class teacher allowance,which causes the class teacher to have great psychological pressure;most students are able to abide by the quantitative management of the school.They feel that the quantitative assessment is fair,but they feel pressured.According to the analysis of the survey results of teachers and students,combined with the school discipline activities,the data statistics of the quantitative management of daily classes and the Lei Feng activities in March,the class quantitative management has many advantages: it is conducive to students to form good behavior habits;And practicing socialist core values;it is conducive to improving students' ability and promoting students' all-round development;it is conducive to cultivating students' excellentquality and forming a sound personality;it is conducive to the new class teacher to quickly adapt to class management.However,in the specific practice,it is found that there are some problems in the class quantitative management: the rules of class quantitative management are relatively detailed;the class quantitative management increases the workload of the class teacher;the class quantitative management makes the teachers and students stress relatively;the score is too rigid and not scientific enough.In response to these problems,the author combines his own class quantitative management practices and believes that optimization strategies can be proposed from three levels: school,teacher and student.As the setter of the system,the school should practice “teacher-based,student-oriented” and decompress teachers and students on specific measures.School-level strategy: adjust the rules and scores of class quantitative management;increase the humanization consideration of class quantitative management;adjust the supervision of class quantitative assessment.As the executor of the system,teachers should continue to innovate under the normal management of the class.Teacher-level strategy:strengthen the construction of class cadres;carefully design weekly class meetings;guide students to develop class rules;use innovative class-level quantitative management;and mobilize more students to participate in class quantitative management.As a practitioner of class quantitative management,students should participate in a positive attitude.Student-level strategy: Strictly control your behaviour to improve your self-control;actively participate in various community activities,develop your own interests,improve your ability;actively participate in class quantitative management,build excellent classes,and add points for yourself. |
