Research On The Labor Education Of College Students In The New Age

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Education Congress that"we should adhere to the road of development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor ",and clearly establish labor education as an important part of our education system.At present,the problem of college students' labor education is more prominent,which shows that labor education has not received due attention,is in a marginalized position,and even some colleges and universities directly cancel labor education.Therefore,we should study the current reality of college students' labor education,explore the practical path of college students' labor education,and improve the pertinence of college students' labor education.This shows that the new research of college students' labor education is a theoretical need,a subject of the times and a practical requirement.The structure of this study includes the following seven parts:Part I Introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background of the subject,the current situation of the research on the labor education of college students in the new era,the significance,ideas,methods and innovations of the research.The introduction part lays a solid foundation for the successful completion of the paper.The second part is the theoretical basis for the interpretation and research of related concepts.First of all,it clarifies the basic connotation of "labor"," labor education" and "labor education for college students in the new era ",clarifies the background and characteristics of the times,and then analyzes the theoretical basis of carrying out labor education research for college students in China.Through combing the practice of labor education since the founding of New China,we can carry out labor for the new era from the theoretical level Education provides strong support.The third part mainly analyzes the theoretical logic and practical logic of college students' labor education in the new era.Theoretical logic includes the importance and necessity of labor education for college students in the new era.Practice logic analyzes the current situation,problems and objectives of labor education.The fourth part mainly expounds the contents of the labor education of college students in the new era.Mainly includes the labor value education,the labor spirit cultivation and the laborer education and so on content.The fifth part mainly expounds the principles of labor education for college students in the new era.Carrying out labor education needs to follow the corresponding education law,this part summarizes the four principles that should be followed in carrying out labor education.Sixth Part is mainly to explore the practical path of labor education for college students in the new era.This is the focus of this paper.Mainly from the theory study,the family,the school,the society all parties participate,the thorough practice,the system construction four dimensions proposed "solves the problem" the concrete practice path.Part VII Conclusion and Prospect.This part is mainly to summarize the main points in the paper.At the same time,the shortcomings of the paper and the problems to be further studied are summarized,which points out the direction for the follow-up research.
