Study On The Education Of College Students' Labor Virtue

College students are in a critical period of their world outlook,outlook on life and values gradually mature,and it is also an important period of their labor quality cultivation.At present,in the aspect of cultivating college students' labor virtues,all sectors of the society and all departments have put certain energy into it.However,with the continuous development of China's social economy and the increasingly diversified values,the education of college students' labor virtues has been challenged to some extent.This paper holds that the education of labor virtue is not only an indispensable link in the complete education system of colleges and universities,but also a reasonable supplement to the healthy development of students,society and the country in view of the practical problems of the current social development of our country.Based on the "college student labor virtue education research" as the theme thesis research direction,based on the actual,under the guidance of marxism scientific view of labor,combined with the characteristics of college students and college students labor problems of virtue education,and actively expand the path of virtue education on college students' labor research,trying to seek an effective way to strengthen college students' labor virtue education,practice of the harmonious society's labor virtue education,train qualified workers for national rejuvenation.Specifically,the research content of this paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part,introduction.This paper introduces the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research overview,research ideas and contents,research methods and innovation.The second part,college students labor virtue education overview.First of all,clarify the concepts related to this topic--labor,labor virtue education,college students labor virtue education.Secondly,it expounds the content of the education of college students' labor virtue,including four aspects: labor concept education,labor habit education,labor will education and labor skill education.Finally,expounding the educational significance of college students' labor virtues is conducive to promoting the all-round development of college students,strengthening the moral construction of colleges and universities,and helping the greatrejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The third part is the survey of college students' labor virtue education.Firstly,on the basis of the questionnaire survey of college students,the status quo of the labor virtue education of the survey object is analyzed.At present,the achievements of the labor virtue education of college students are reflected in the improvement of their awareness of the labor virtue education and the improvement of their labor behavior.Then it analyzes the main problems existing in the education of college students' labor virtue,which are reflected in the need to update the educational concept,the utilitarian educational goal,the lack of educational principles,the one-sided educational content,the relatively single educational approach,the weak educational guarantee and the insufficient self-education.Finally,the author analyzes the causes of the deficiency of the labor virtue education of college students from four aspects:individual,family,school and society.The fourth part is the strategy of promoting the education of college students' labor virtue.This part is on the basis of the third part of the college students labor virtue education put forward the corresponding countermeasures.From the society,the university,the family and the college students themselves four aspects,including: renew the college students labor virtue education concept;The goal of enhancing the cultivation of college students' view of labor virtue;Make clear the principle of cultivating college students' view of labor virtue;Enrich the content of the education of college students' labor virtue;To create a trinity of "family,school,society" labor virtue cultivation way;The guarantee of perfecting the cultivation of college students' view of labor virtue;Give play to the role of college students in cultivating the concept of labor virtue.
