The promotion and employment of middle school students are related to the development of individual life and affect the heart of every family.Vocational maturity is the preparation state of individual in different stages of career development,and it is the key index to measure the state and level of individual's career psychological development.In order to understand the career maturity development of middle school students,this study introduces two variables,active personality and perceived social support,which aims to explore the internal relationship between active personality and professional maturity of middle school students,and to explore the mechanism of the action of perceived social support on the internal relationship.It provides a strong empirical and theoretical basis for vocational education and guidance in middle school,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions through research.Based on the active personality scale,perceived social support scale and career maturity scale,1200 middle school students in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province were selected as the research subjects,including junior middle school and senior high school.Descriptive statistics,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis were used to SPSS20.0the data and conclusions are as follows:(1)The active personality and perceived social support of middle school students are above the middle level,and the vocational maturity of middle school students is below the middle level;(2)There were significant gender differences in the active personality of middle school students,and significant differences in the proactive personality,perceived social support and professional maturity of middle school students;male students had the highest level of proactive personality in the second grade from senior high school,and female students had the highest level of proactive personality in the third grade from junior middle school,and male and female students had the highest level of perceived social support in the third grade from junior middle school;male and female students had the highest level of professional maturity in the second grade from senior high school;(3)There are significant differences in active personality,perceived social support and professional maturity of middle school students in terms of origin,parents' education and parents' occupation;(4)There is a significant correlation between active personality,perceived social support and professional maturity among middle school students,and it has positive predictive effect.Perceived social support has a significant regulatory effect on active personality and professional maturity of middle school students.
