The level of career satisfaction of kindergarten teachers is directly reflected in the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility for work,which in turn has a direct impact on the healthy growth of young children and the quality of kindergarten education.In this study,by means of questionnaire survey,SPSS software was used for statistical analysis,and 301 kindergarten teachers in Xiamen City were used as the research object to study the influence of colleague support behavior of kindergarten teachers on career satisfaction,and the intermediary role of organizational identification in the relationship between the two is examined.This paper discusses the influence mechanism of colleague support on career satisfaction.This article starts from five parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background of the research,and points out the significance of it.This paper defines the concepts of colleague support,organizational identification,and career satisfaction,then reviews and summarizes the research results.The method and technical route of this research are also introduced.At last,innovation and deficiency of this research are explained.The second part is the theoretical basis and research hypothesis of this studyThe third part is the research design.It mainly expounds the source and acquisition of data samples,the method of variable measurement and the structure of the questionnaire used in this studyThe fourth part is empirical analysis of the relationship between colleagues'support.organizational identity and career satisfaction of kindergarten teachersThe fifth part summarizes the conclusions of the empirical analysis and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.This study found that the colleague support behavior of kindergarten teachers can have a direct positive impact on their career satisfaction,and at the same time can affect their career satisfaction through the key link of organizational identification.It is proved that organizational identification plays a part of the intermediary role.Specifically,the research conclusion of this paper suggests that the education authorities and kindergarten managers should create a harmonious working atmosphere and optimize the support of teachers and colleagues.Create a good organizational culture and strengthen teachers 'organizational identification;We will improve career development planning and improve teachers' career satisfaction.It can be said that the results of this study have a certain reference value for improving the management level of kindergarten and the professional development of kindergarten teachers in China.
