A long-range development plan should be education oriented.Education is the futureof a country and the nation, also the most important and the role business of them.Teachers are the organizer and leader of educational activities plays the leading role in theeducational process.therefore, the level of teachers’ job satisfaction has a critical influenceon education.Due to the great intensity and difficunlty of teaching and other reasons,middle school teachers have low jod satisfaction. At the same time, as the poor careermanagement concepts and practices of the middle school, the perceived organizationalcareer management of teachers is generally not high.Based on this, the paper conductedthe systematic study of the issue by exploring the relationship between organizationalcareer management, perceived organizational support and job satisfactionFirstly, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing existing literatures aboutorganizational career management, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction,defined the core concept, introduced the relevant theory, constructed the hypothesis modeland put forward the corresponding research hypothesis.Secondly, designed questionnaires to pre-test and verified the applicability of scalethrough item analysis, corrected-item total correlation and reliablility analysis.then usdfoamal questionnaire which is constituted by measuring scale to collect data, so providedreliable and effective data for the following empirical analysis.Thirdly, by using statistics software, conducted analysis of variance, intermediaryeffect analysis, structural equation model analysis and validated the model andsssumptions.Firstly, analyzed the differences on individual variables of organizationalcareer management, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction and thenanalyzed the intermediary effect.of perceived organizational support between the relationof organizational career management and job satisfaction.Thirdly,analyzed theinterrelation among the four dimensions of organizational career management which areequitable promotion,information providing,good training and occupational development, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction through structural equation modelanalysis.Finally, according to the results of empirical research, combined with status andcharacteristics of middle school teachers’ job satisfaction, it put forward the system toenhance the job satisfaction of middle school teachers.
