Rope skipping is a traditional sport activity in China,and also a new sport in the new curriculum standard.As an excellent fitness exercise,jumping rope can effectively train individual response and endurance,help to maintain personal fitness,to achieve the purpose of physical fitness,unique sports characteristics and effects,by the masses of people respected.One-minute jumping rope is not only a means of physical fitness test,but also one of the physical fitness test items in sports.Therefore,more and more students participate in the learning and exercise of jumping rope,which helps to promote the development of jumping rope.Scientific exercise can help improve sports performance.The excellent performance of China's synchronized rope skipping in the world in recent years cannot be separated from the efforts of athletes and coaches,as well as scientific training methods.In the daily life training,in addition to the regular training means,metronome and other rhythmic tools will be used to practice the sense of rhythm to improve the training performance.This thesis mainly the literature material law,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical analysis method and logic analysis and other research methods,in order to explore the different rhythm rate,different training methods influence on high school students a minute single roll jump,to provide a single wave speed jump rope skipping efficient training method and rate of rhythm and training method for a minute skip grades as the research object,the influence of using random sampling method in jinan lixia district inkstone springs school grade eight of 80 students of the subject.According to the national health system test high school grade eight student physical quality test of related indicators,and interview with experts and students selected as experiment of 60% and 80% of the test results before training,of the experimental group A(metronome 100 times/min)and group B(metronome 120 times/min),the experimental group C/min(rhythm music 120)and control group,carry out the teaching experiment of eight weeks.Before and after the experiment,various data were tested by professionals,and the statistics and analysis of the data were conducted by mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Results: after 8 weeks of rhythm training,there was no significant difference between experimental group A and control group(P>0.05).Results of experimental group B and control group were significantly different(P<0.05).Jump rope ability improvement,better coordination,lower error rate.Research conclusions:(1)several related concepts of rope skipping training in this paper are defined,mainly including rhythm rate and rhythm music.(2)according to the data comparison,all the students participating in this experiment hadbetter performance than those before the experiment,and the experimental group that received rhythm training had better performance than the control group that did not receive rhythm training.(3)through the test data,it is found that the number of errors is reduced,the stability is improved,the students who use metronome as a training method improve their performance more significantly than those who use rhythm music,and the effect of slow rhythm training is better than that of fast rhythm training.(4)students' sense of rhythm can be cultivated through rhythm training,so as to improve their one-minute single swing rope skipping performance.(5)metronome training single swing jump rope stability effect is better than rhythm music,better than no rhythm practice.
