| Objective:in order to monitor and evaluate the rope skipping exercise,this study combined with exercise intensity classification theory and method,analysis of the relationship between rope movement speed and intensity,determine the strength,in order to provide scientific basis for the practice of fitness exercise prescription,make students jump rope skipping exercise monitoring and guidance.Participants:the relationship between speed and intensity of rope skipping.Participants were 102 volunteers in rope skipping elective course and rope skipping club in Nanjing Normal University,52 skipping skipper and 50 proficient.Research methods:the study mainly used the test method to test the subjects’ basic body function,body shape and body quality index and one minute rope skipping score.Then,the test subjects were skipping in the predetermined frequency to the metronome,recorded,non proficiency test speed:60,80,100.120,140/min five speed,proficiency test speed:60,80,100,120,140,160,180/min seven speed,speed is divided into two different days and different levels of speed record skipping subjects heart rate between groups of subjects to rest,quiet heart rate for heart rate recovery.After each rope skipping speed test,the subjects were asked to fill in the RPE scale by interrogation.According to the results of heart rate and RPE scale,the relationship between the speed and intensity of rope skipping movement was analyzed,and the strength grade was determined.The results were as follows:1)whether male or female,skipping proficiency was significantly related to cardiopulmonary endurance,lower limb endurance and lower limb explosive force.In addition to the above quality,girls’ Skipping proficiency is related to the strength of the upper limb,and the correlation is significant.2)with the increase of the speed of rope skipping,the heart rate and RPE value of the subjects are also increasing rapidly.3)when the speed of rope skipping was 60,80,100,120,140,160,and 180 times/min,the average heart rate and RPE value of the girls were higher than that of the boys.At different skipping speeds,the average heart rate and RPE value of the unskilled people were higher than those of the skilled ones.4)for unskilled persons,the intensity of exerciseis moderate for boys and girls when skipping speed is 60 and 80 times/min.When the skipping speed is 100,120,140 times/min,the intensity of exercise is high.For a skilled person,the boys in the rope skipping speed of 60,80/min,and the intensity of exercise intensity is small,the speed of 100,120,skipping 140 and 160/min,belonging to moderate intensity exercise exercise intensity,to strength strength level 180/min when the rope speed.The speed of women’s rope skipping is 60,80,100 and 120 times/min,and the speed of rope skipping is 140,160 and 180 times/min.Conclusion:compared with non skilled skilled skipping,superior cardiopulmonary endurance,lower limbs endurance and explosive force,although the intensity level of both with the rope speed increases,but in different speed skipping levels,in heart rate and RPE levels were significantly lower than non skilled.Although the strength level of both boys and girls increased with the increase of rope skipping speed,the heart rate and RPE level of girls were significantly higher than those of boys at different rope jumping speeds.For unskilled persons,boys and girls are moderate intensity when skipping speed is 60~80 times/min,and they are high-intensity sports when jumping rope speed is 100~140/min.For skilled persons,boys are small intensity exercises when skipping speed is 60~80 times/min.When skipping speed is 100~160 times/min,they belong to medium intensity exercise.When they reach 180/min,they belong to high-intensity exercise.When the speed of women’s rope skipping is 60~120 times/min,it belongs to moderate intensity movement,and the speed of rope skipping is 140~180 times/min,which belongs to the high intensity movement. |
