The Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Migrant Workers Entrepreneurship From The Perspective Of Financial Social Work

In recent years,the number of migrant workers return to their hometowns has increased.Due to individual factors and external conditions,migrant workers return to their hometowns face many difficulties and challenges.The author uses the data collection method to make a research of the current situation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns,focusing on the financial problems of entrepreneurship.The author conducted a field survey of migrant workers who returned to their hometowns in Y County,Chongqing,in conjunction with the questionnaire survey and case interviews.The survey found that the primary problem of migrant workers returning to their hometowns in Y County is the lack of entrepreneurial funds,followed by the low financial literacy of migrant workers,poor financing channels,and difficulties in bank loans.All of these are the bottlenecks that restrict migrant workers from returning to their hometowns.Through the analysis of the reasons for the return of migrant workers in Y County to entrepreneurship,the author proposes countermeasures from the following four levels.Firstly,migrant workers individuals should actively learn and cultivate their own independent problem-solving awareness.At the same time,they should integrate resources and strive to improve their financial literacy.Secondly,society should create a benign and orderly financial investment environment and promote the innovation and development of private financial institutions.Thirdly,social work organizations should strengthen the cultivation of the financial knowledge capabilities of existing social workers in social organizations,and carry out financial empowerment services for returning entrepreneurs and migrant workers.At the same time,the organization also needs to carry out community activities,publicize financial policies and regulations,carry out group work,and train migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start a "mutual aid group";and promote the development of rural financial and social work professionals.Fourth,government should improve the ruralfinancial environment and innovate financial products,so as to promote the development of localized financial social work.
