Promoting the balanced development of education is the main theme of China's education reform in the new era,and the balanced development of education is the main influencing factor of regional development.The principal rotation is the concrete product of the integration of policy and system.This paper analyzes the principal rotation and strengthens the development of the principal rotation system,so as to promote the principal rotation system to develop in the direction of standardization.The rotation of primary school principals is closely related to the development of school education,and plays a significant practical significance in promoting the balance of education.The first part of this paper describes the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad and the research methods of this paper.The second part expounds the relevant concepts of the principal rotation system,and expounds the practical significance of the principal rotation system from three aspects:the need to promote the balanced development of education,the need to learn from and integrate the school culture,and the need to promote the professional development of the principal.The third part is the focus of this paper,through the investigation of the current situation of the system of rotation of primary school principals,from the popularity,willingness to participate,rotation time and other aspects of the investigation,and the analysis of the results of the investigation.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the current principal rotation system,mainly including:the principal's understanding of the rotation system is biased,the current principal rotation system is not perfect,the rotation system attitude is highly related to the region where it is located,the frequent rotation causes the management policy can not be consistent,and the effect of the school head rotation is not significant,and analyzes the reasons;the fifth part from the government to the foundation Basic education should be inclined,the education department should improve the rotation mechanism of primary school principals,the construction of principals' own management ability,the understanding and cooperation of teachers and workers on the rotation system of principals,and the establishment of the evaluation mechanism of the rotation of primary school principals.Through the investigation and Research on the current implementation of the system,this study attempts to provide more feasible countermeasures for the local education management,and promote the balanced development of resource allocation and education by innovative management.
