Children's physical problems are the focus of national and social attention.Children's physical condition is affected by the family environment, eating habits, amounts of physical activity, etc. With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, children in our country have significantly improved in body shape, physical fitness, body function and other aspects. At the same time, due to the lack of sport and physical activity, relatively superior living environment and other factors, the ratio of weight to height(BMI)indicates unhealthy weight and also declining health condition for children. The physical development of children is quite fast at age 3-6.Basic sports skills help children control their bodies and acquire complex skills involving sports and entertainment activities. In this study,Jingzhou Experimental Kindergarten senior class 5-6-year-old children were treated as the research subjects.Stratified cluster sampling method was applied, and four senior classes of children were selected at random as the research samples.Literature method, experimental method, statistical analysis were applied in the research, and experimental group and control group were set up.Class(2),and class(6)are the experimental group, while class(4)and class(8)were the control group. The physical training which combined synchronized jump rope was used in the experimental group to explore the effect of synchronized jump rope training on 5-6-year-old children's motor control development.Conclusions:(1)With the application of synchronized jump rope training,it was found that the experimental group of the development of motor control was improved after various evaluations. The test scores of One-hand forehand strike,Catch,Underhand throw,Kick,Dribble and Overhand throw were increased by 70.13%,20.11%,1.56%,11.21%,60.74% and 37.67% respectively, while the Two-hand strike was not improved 。(2)Compared with routine physical training used in the control group, synchronized jump rope training can promote the development of motor control in children, especially improves the ability of One-hand strike,Underhand throw,Kick and Overhand throw with statistically significant test results(p < 0.05).However,no significant effect was detected on improving the ability of 5-6-year-old children in Two-hand strike,Catch and Dribble(p > 0.05).(3)With the non-intervention study in the control group,Random changes were detected in the control group regarding children's ability in Two-hand strike,Underhand throw, and Kick.Meanwhile, the children's ability in One-hand strike,Catch, and Dribble also increased naturally with their growth.
