Research objective: Early childhood is a critical period for the development of children’s gross motor ability. It is of great significance for children to obtain good motor ability by implementing appropriate intervention measures at this stage. There are many ways to develop children’s gross motor ability, and football,as a favorite ball activity of children, can help children more actively participate in exercise activities, feel the fun of sports, more conducive to the development of their gross motor ability. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the influence of football activities on the gross motor development of children aged 5 to 6 years.Research methods: The literature method was used to search and collate relevant literature in databases such as China National Knowledge Network and National Library,so as to provide theoretical basis for this paper. The experimental method was used to select a total of 81 large class(5 ~ 6 years old)children as experimental objects, the experimental group a total of 41(male children 21,female children 20),the experimental group for 10 weeks of football teaching activities intervention experiment,3 days a week, one class a day, each class 30 minutes, the control group only for kindergarten traditional sports activities. Before and after the experiment, the basic information of children’s personal body was collected and the motor capacity of large muscles was measured, including gender,age,height,weight,10-meter round-trip running, continuous jump with both feet, standing long jump,one-handed in place bouncing the ball and kicking the ball over obstacles. The measured data were analyzed by spss 22.0 statistical software using mathematical statistics method.Research results: 1.Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the 10-meter round-trip running, continuous jump with both feet, standing long jump, onehanded spot bouncing and kicking the ball over obstacles(p<0.05).2.After the experimental intervention, the results of the experimental group in 10-meter round-trip running, continuous jump with both feet, standing long jump, onehanded in-place bouncing and kicking the ball over obstacles were better than before the intervention, and all had significant differences(p<0.01).3.After the experimental intervention, the results of the control group in 10-meter round-trip running, continuous jump with both feet, standing long jump,one-handed inplace bouncing and kicking the ball over obstacles were better than before the intervention, among which the one-handed in-place bouncing had a very significant difference(p<0.01),and the 10-meter round-trip running and kicking the ball over the obstacles had a significant difference(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between continuous jump and standing long jump(p>0.05).4.After the experimental intervention, compared with the control group, the experimental group was better than the control group in the 10-meter round trip running, continuous jump of both feet, standing long jump and kicking the ball over obstacles, but worse than the control group in the onehanded spot bouncing.Among them, the results of 10-meter round-trip running, continuous jump with both feet, standing long jump and kicking over obstacles had very significant differences(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference in one-handed pat(p>0.05).Research conclusion:1.After the intervention of football activities for 10 weeks, both the experimental group and the control group obtained the improvement of large muscle motor ability. The experimental group showed obvious improvement in10-meter round trip running, continuous jump with both feet, standing long jump,one-handed in situ bouncing the ball and kicking the ball over obstacles.2.Through research,it is found that football activities can significantly improve the development of gross motor ability of children aged 5 to 6.3.Through research,it is found that traditional sports activities in kindergarten have less significant effect on the development of gross motor ability of children aged 5 to 6 years old than football activities in the continuous jump and standing long jump.4.Through the research,it is found that football activity has a significant effect on the improvement of 5 ~ 6 years old children in 10-meter round-trip running, continuous jump of both feet, standing long jump and kicking the ball over obstacles, and there is a significant difference.5.Compared with the control group, the experimental group performed better than the experimental group in the one-handed in-place racket, and the difference was not significant.6.Compared with traditional sports activities in kindergartens, football activities can more effectively promote the development of children’s gross motor and have a better promotion effect on children of different genders, but the overall promotion effect on one-handed in place bouncing is not significant. |
