As the main field of cultivating students' values,senior high school ideological and political courses shoulder the important tasks of implanting subject knowledge,cultivating ideological and moral values,and cultivating core qualities.With the publication of “the ideological and political curriculum standards for ordinary high schools(2017 edition)” in 2018,the teaching goal of ideological and political courses in high schools has shifted from three-dimensional teaching goal to core literacy teaching goal,and the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools has officially entered a new era of core literacy teaching.At present,although the domestic research focuses on the specific discipline core quality,the research on how to implement the discipline core quality under the discipline background remains to be improved.Therefore,the research on the effective implementation of core literacy in high school ideological and political teaching design is particularly important,which is the entry point of this study.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part,make an explanation for the core literacy,the high school ideological and political courses core literacy,teaching design,the high school ideological and political courses teaching design,on this basis,to dig deeply the important significance that integrated core literacy into the high school ideological and political courses core literacy,clear on the new curriculum standard,provide the theoretical groundwork for the analysis,solving the problems in the design of high school ideological and political courses.The second part,through the teacher questionnaire and student interview form,such as about the students in senior high school thought political lesson teaching design through analyzing the current situation of core literacy cultivation,found that there are insufficient clear,teaching content,design the teaching goal design system,the teaching method is not in conformity with the requirements,the teaching evaluation is not scientific,in-depth analysis of the main causes of these problems,and puts it into the influence of the exam-oriented education,the influence of teachers' professional attainment and the influence of traditional teaching evaluation mechanism.The third part,through the analysis of the existing problems and causes,from the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation aspects of the core literacy in high school ideological and political teaching design in the implementation of the effective way to explore,and put forward targeted countermeasures.In the fourth part,in order to make the research results more feasible,the paper finally takes the "great reform and opening up" as the example to carry out the teaching design,adheres to the principle of combining theory with practice,and applies the research results to the teaching practice,in order to provide teaching help for the teachers of ideological and political courses in senior high schools.
