The course of ideological and political theory is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.The ideological and political curriculum standards for ordinary senior high schools(2017 edition)clearly proposes to cultivate students' discipline core qualities,namely political identity,scientific spirit,legal awareness and public participation.Facing the requirement of curriculum standard,how to bring the core quality of ideological and political discipline into the classroom teaching is the key problem of educational research.The stand or fall of instructional design is especially important for class teaching,teaching design,than in the past to the core of the subject quality of oriented teaching design pay more attention to the knowledge combined with practice,by determining the scientific teaching goals,choose appropriate teaching methods,teaching activities,arrange the teaching process,improve the quality of classroom teaching,cultivating students' subject core literacy.The main body of the paper will be briefly introduced from three parts as follows:The first part: the subject core accomplishment and the teaching design related content summary,this is the full text research basis.First of all,by reference to the relevant expositions of previous experts and scholars as well as the curriculum standard,the "core literacy",the connotation of "ideological and political discipline core literacy",then introduce the connotation of "ideological and political teaching design",and from the teaching design thoughtful,scientific and human nature from three aspects the basic requirement of the high school ideological and political teaching designs to clarify;Finally,this paper analyzes the characteristics of high school ideological and political teaching design guided by the core quality of the discipline,and expounds it from three aspects: emphasizing students' emotional experience,paying attention to students' participation,and paying attention to the creation of life situations.The second part: analyzes the necessity and importance of the ideological and political teaching design guided by the core quality of the subject.The necessity isanalyzed from three aspects: the urgent need of carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,the inherent requirement of carrying out the ideological and political curriculum standards,and the inevitable requirement of improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching;The importance is mainly analyzed from three aspects,which are conducive to promoting teachers' professional development,cultivating students' discipline core quality,and improving the quality of classroom teaching.The third part: discusses the strategy of high school ideological and political teaching design guided by subject core literacy,which is the focus of the whole paper.This part carries on the teaching design research from four aspects,respectively is the teaching goal design,the teaching method design,the teaching activity design and the teaching process design.First of all,in the aspect of teaching objective design,we should strengthen the consciousness of course standard,analyze and reconstruct the teaching material,and grasp the learning situation.Secondly,in the aspect of teaching method design,we should adopt measures according to the class conditions,teach students according to their aptitude and use various methods cooperatively.Thirdly,in terms of the design of teaching activities,we should change the teaching methods,focus on the issues,create real situations and carry out social activities.Finally,in the aspect of teaching process design,taking the high school economic life "national finance" as an example,from the introduction,activities,exercises and summary of these four aspects to discuss and study.Subject core literacy oriented teaching design conforms to the development trend of the new curriculum reform,and is conducive to cultivating students' discipline core literacy and cultivating students to become Chinese citizens with ideals and responsibilities.
