The main proposition of China's educational research in the new era is the cultivation of students' core literacy.Inquiry teaching,which is one of the most important teaching methods in Biology teaching,has a huge advantage in cultivating students' scientific thinking and scientific inquiry literacy.But in recent years,inquiry teaching has been facing problems of disconnection between theory and practice,and formal connection between inquiry teaching and experimental teaching.The development of inquiry teaching is restricted,and the task of cultivating students' core literacy is impossible to achieve.Therefore,researcher had improved the implementation effect of inquiry teaching and attempted to construct the inquiry teaching model,which is strongly applicable and suitable for high school biology theory class,and can cultivate core literacy effectively.This research uses the literature method,experimental method,statistic method,questionnaire survey method to change the embryonic form of teaching model,which came from practice in a scientific way.In this thesis,we compared various teaching modes,and analyzed their merits and flaws.Then constructed a new inquiry teaching model that is suitable for theory class and can cultivate core literacy.The new model uses questions to guide students' thinking direction,limit the scope of the inquiry activity,and help student find the problem.Teacher bring student-student interaction into management system,that can help students to transfer from parallel question to subject concept.we use “Biological transmission and regulation of information” and “Transmission and expression of genetic information” as example to design the teaching,implement the teaching and evaluate the teaching effectiveness.Investigation by questionnaire and comparison of examination scores show that the “new model” is effective in improving students' scientific inquiry ability.It also proved the effectiveness of the teaching model in classroom teaching.This teaching method not only helps train independent thinking,but also enhance communication ability and creative ability of students.It help student know how scientist identify problems,solve the problems and extend fruit.In the process of studying and applying the pattern,the following problems should be noticed: The selection of textual material is accord with the aim of teaching.The teacher should operate the guidelines step by step to help students establish a knowledge access.Students' cognitive law should also be taken into account when the teachers plan their teaching design.The "new model" enriches the types of inquiry teaching models,develops the application potential in theory class.Simultaneously,it will be helpful for teachers implementing teaching based on research.The defect is that the "new model" is only oriented by scientific inquiry literacy,which do not take the common training of other three literacy into account.And the wider applicability is to be test.
