The revision and promulgation of the Biology Curriculum Standards for General Senior High School(2017 Edition)has realized the transformation of the curriculum objectives of senior high school biology from "Biologic Science Literacy" to "Core Quality of Biology Discipline".Under the oriented of curriculum objectives,classroom teaching objectives also begin to change from "three-dimensional objectives" to "core literacy" teaching objectives.The teaching goal of biology class is the starting point and foothold of a biology class,which plays an important role in the teaching process.However,in teaching practice,the author found that teachers are prone to ignore the design of classroom teaching objectives of experimental class and exercise class,and can't really realize the cultivation and development of students' core quality of subjects.With the core literacy as the background,this paper analyzes and solves the problems in the design of teaching objectives in the new biology class,the experimental class and the exercise class in senior high school by means of questionnaire survey and empirical research.On this basis,taking "Energy Supply and Utilization of Cells",Chapter 5 of the high school biology compulsory course 1(PEP2019 edition)as an example,the steps of teaching objectives design for new teaching,experimental class and exercise class are summarized in detail,in order to demonstrate the specific process of teaching objectives design for different class.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research plan of the paper,and summarizes the current research situation in the core accomplishment of biology discipline,the teaching objectives of biology and the type of biology course at home and abroad.The second part defines the relevant concepts and points out the research basis of the paper.The third part investigates the current situation and main basis of high school biology teachers' design of teaching objectives of different types of classes through questionnaire.The results show that most teachers pay more attention to the design of teaching objectives in the new biology class,but pay less attention to the design of teaching objectives in exercises and experiments,and and lack of understanding of the connotation of teaching objectives in biology class;At the same time,teachers have different bases for the design of teaching objectives of the three types of classes,but all of them include the analysis of curriculum standards and learning conditions.The fourth part along the "Establishment--Statement--Implementation--Reflection",the author puts forward the general thinking of teaching objectives design of three types of high school biology class from the perspective of core literacy: new teaching,experimental class and exercise class.On this basis,the case development and classroom implementation of the three types of classroom teaching objectives were carried out,in order to provide reference for the front-line teachers to design the different types of classroom teaching objectives from the perspective of core literacy.
