Vocational education is an important part of China's national education system.Higher vocational colleges undertake the task of cultivating high-skilled and applied talents.General Secretary Xi Jinping has made many important instructions on accelerating the development of vocational education.He emphasized that vocational education is an important way for youngster which achieving success,shouldering the important responsibilities of cultivating diverse talents,inheriting technical skills,and promoting employment and entrepreneurship,which means that Vocational education should be valued and accelerate development.After nearly three decades of rapid development,especially the proposal of the "Double High Plan",which promoting various vocational colleges to achieve considerable development,gradually shifting from large-scale development to sustainable development that focuses on higher development quality,but the lack of excellent teacher is becoming one of the key factors affecting its sustainable development and must be valued and resolved.Therefore,if any vocational colleges,especially public vocational colleges,want to achieve higher-quality,long-term development in the new round of development and reform,the primary thing need to do is to establish a set of scientific,reasonable,effective,and operable teacher incentive system.To form a team of teachers with excellent political thinking,wonderful professional level,reasonable structure and relatively stable scale.This article takes LS vocational college as an instant,based on the motivation theory,researches and analyzes the problems of LS vocational college teachers'incentive mechanism,and puts forward the optimization plan according to the actual situation.The first is to analyze the background and significance of this study,a review of relevant literature foreign and domestic,and briefly explain the theoretical basis related to the paper.The second is to analyze the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of LS Vocational College teachers through questionnaires and interviews.Finally,on the basis of the incentive theory,this article research and analyze the plan to optimize the LS vocational college teachers' incentive mechanism,based on the fairness theory,material needs,recognition needs and development needs to build a more perfect one that meets the current needs of the LS vocational college's teacher incentive mechanism.Through the research in this article,It not only a chance to further improve and optimize the teacher incentive mechanism of LS Vocational College,but also a opportunity to provide some effective reference and reference for other public vocational colleges.
