| With the development of Information Technology,studying the application status of WECHAT group in our school can greatly improve the level of information management of teachers and home-school cooperation,to correct the existing class WECHAT group of bad problems,to guide the Class WECHAT group further become more scientific,Correction Energy home-school synergy tool.This study is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research,with a bias towards qualitative research.The subjects of the study were representatives of parents and teachers of the students in the researcher's school.By self-compiled questionnaire for teachers and parents,combined with interviews,pay attention to teachers and parents' behavior and attitude in class WECHAT group,using the statistical data tool,we obtained the percentage of each item.From the data,we can see the contradictory points of the will between the two sides of the family and the school.We know that the teachers' group is quite satisfied with the improvement of the expectation of the parents' cooperation,parents want WECHAT groups to better serve their own needs,and interviews with parents and teachers' representatives have added conclusions such as teachers' behavior in the group is related to the nature of their discipline.At the same time,the article points out that the WECHAT group has shortened the physical distance between the home and the school,and at the same time,many problems have arisen.For example,the random nature of the speech leads to Inappropriate Response Style and speech content,brings some degree of mental pressure to teachers and parents,affects students' independence and autonomy,potential financial fraud and the risk of bad information dissemination.This study combines the external factors(such as the system and WECHAT's own positioning)and the human factors(teachers and parents)to explore the complex causes of the current situation,and finally puts forward seven major improvement measures.The proposal states: local education governments should strengthen macroguidance,Specific management suggestions are given to the class teachers as group administrators,and at the same time,it calls for strengthening teachers' Internet professional ethics and relevant legal knowledge,and paying attention to the conciseness and accuracy of information release,do not over-use class WECHAT group as "teaching tools".Parents are advised to enhance awareness of cooperative learning,abide by the class convention.The conclusion of the study has effectively promoted the level of teachers' media literacy and inspired both teachers and parents to explore how to work together to achieve a high level of home-school cooperation. |
