Study On Strategies Of Optimizing Home-school Cooperation In Class Management

The family is the main place for students to grow up.Family education will directly affect students’ ideas,as will school education.Both are almost all students in time and space.Problems in any aspect will affect students’ healthy growth.Therefore,families and schools should cooperate with each other to form a huge educational force and create conditions for students’ healthy growth.Home school cooperation has become the focus of China’s educational reform,and the intensity of cooperation is also increasing.To build a new home school cooperation model,we need to further train teachers and parents in all aspects of professional skills.With the continuous development of the times,every family attaches great importance to the education of their children,and home school cooperation is one of the important contents of this education.This study mainly uses questionnaire survey,interview and observation methods,and selects XX primary school as the specific research object.Through in-depth investigation,we understand the current situation of home school cooperation in this primary school and explore the existing problems.The problems are mainly reflected in:parents do not have a good understanding of this,teachers are not motivated enough,school managers do not pay enough attention to it,cooperation channels are traditional,communication content is mainly based on learning achievements,and publicity is not enough,Failure to strictly implement the rules and regulations of home school cooperation,lack of relevant evaluation system,etc.In view of the problems,this study proposes corresponding optimization strategies: to ensure the institutionalization of home school cooperation,to establish diverse communication channels,to abide by principles,to establish home school cooperation and inclusive relations,to innovate the way of parents’ meetings,to optimize teachers’ working ability,to change parents’ educational concepts,to attach importance to participation and companionship,and to promote the better development of home school cooperation.
