Research On The Friendly Value Education Of Young Primary School Teachers

The values of friendliness refer to the core values of socialism,and they are also one of the values of citizens' personal values.People should always be friendly and do more friendly things in their daily communication.Education of friendly values for young teachers is to actively promote and implement the core values of socialism.At present,young teachers are not only the main force for cultivating socialist builders and successors,but also the internal dr iving force for the sustainable development of schools.This article takes young teachers in elementary schools as the research object,focuses on the education of their friendly values,discusses some problems in education,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.This article mainly conducts research from the following three parts:The first part is about the basic overview of the friendly values education of young teachers in elementary schools.Explain the connotation of friendliness,the connotation of friendly values and the relationship between friendly values and professional ethics of teachers,give an overview of the characteristics of young teachers,and clarify the basic content,significance and principles of education of friendly values in primary school teachers.The second part is to analyze the current situation of the education of friendly values for young teachers in elementary schools.On the one hand,it affirms the effectiveness of the education of friendly values among young primary school teachers.On the other hand,it puts forward the problems existing in the education of friendly values for young teachers in primary schools,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.The third part proposes countermeasures to improve the education of the friendly values of young teachers in elementary schools.First,we must pay full attention to the education of friendly values for young primary school teachers.Second,innovating the education mode of friendly values of young teachers in primary schools.Third,optimize the education environment of friendly values for young teachers in primary schools.Fourth,guide young elementary school teachers to actively practice the values of friendliness.Fifth,young teachers in primary schools should develop self-friendly values.
