| The university stage is a critical period for the formation and improvement of individual values.Friendly values,as one of the individual value pursuits in the core socialist values,are the moral norms and codes of conduct guiding citizens to handle interpersonal relationships in the new era.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation of friendly values among college students helps them establish good new socialist interpersonal relationships,which has a positive role in promoting the healthy growth of college students,It is also the need to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.Mental health education,due to its grasp of the objective laws of college students’ psychological development,not only can effectively promote the development of college students’ mental health,but also is an important component of talent cultivation in universities.According to existing research findings,currently,most college students’ mental health problems are related to interpersonal distress.The prevalence of interpersonal distress among college students reflects the lack of friendly values on the one hand,and also demonstrates the necessity of psychological health education on the other.Therefore,exploring the current situation and cultivation path of college students’ friendly values based on the perspective of mental health education is a common need for the internalization of college students’ friendly values and the development of mental health.This study is divided into five parts.The first part discusses the theoretical origin of friendly values from two dimensions: traditional friendly values in China and Marxist friendly values,and establishes the connotation,characteristics,and position of friendly values in contemporary times.The second part deeply discusses three issues: the internal relationship between friendly values and mental health,the relationship between friendly values cultivation and mental health education,and the important function of mental health education in the process of cultivating friendly values.It clarifies the feasibility,necessity,and importance of exploring the current situation of college students’ friendly values and their cultivation paths based on mental health education.The third part,based on the results of previous theoretical analysis,comprehensively utilizes open questionnaire surveys,interviews,word frequency analysis,and other methods to develop a college student friendly values scale that conforms to the core socialist values around the core connotation of friendly values,and uses the questionnaire prepared by myself to investigate and explore the current situation and characteristics of college students’ friendly values.In the fourth part,starting from the five major standards of college students’ mental health,self-esteem,personality,adaptability,emotional adjustment ability,and interpersonal skills are considered as possible influencing factors of college students’ friendly values.Through questionnaire surveys and data analysis using mature scales,the influencing factors of college students’ friendly values from the perspective of mental health education are determined.In the fifth part,based on the survey results of the current situation and influencing factors of college students’ friendly values in this study,and using the unique perspective and model of mental health education for reference,the cultivation path of college students’ friendly values is explored from three perspectives: mental health education courses,ideological and political education,and professional curriculum education. |
