Research On The Cultivation Status And Countermeasure Of Pupils’ Friendly Values

As the successor of the 21 st century,the cultivation of friendly values of primary school students is directly related to the cultivation of their socialist core values.The cultivation of the friendly values of primary school students is the key to link up the ideological education of primary school with that of middle school and even the ideological education of universities.It is of great significance to realize and practice the cultivation of socialist core values.The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party clearly pointed out that in the new historical period,we should attach importance to the cultivation of socialist core values.Friendship,as its core,embodies a person’s literary accomplishment and is the basis for the realization of socialist core values.Relative to other values,friendliness is the premise to foster students’ Outlook on life and values.As the cradle of personnel training,schools are duty bound to foster the friendly values of primary school students.In order to effectively implement the socialist core values,we must attach importance to the cultivation of details,and for the details of learning and implementation is a long-term process.In the report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the concept of socialist core values,clearly put forward the practice of socialist core values,advocate democracy and freedom,equality before the law,advocate patriotism,and friendship with others.The report clearly introduces the definition of socialist core values and the social status of friendly values."Patriotism,dedication,integrity and friendliness" is another manifestation of social values,reflecting the great national justice.It directly reflects the true thoughts of a person,and is the criterion for measuring a person’s moral quality.Friendship,as a basic criterion,plays an important role in the cultivation of primary school students’ socialist core values.Therefore,schools must attach importance to the cultivation of friendly values in the primary school stage,which is the key to the quality of students’ outlook on life and values.In the new era,the rich and colorful culture not only meets the needs of students’ basic knowledge,but also brings great impact on the cultivation of students’ values.If we can not properly guide the cultivation of students’ friendly values,we will easily lose our way in this colorful society.Under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism and the concept of socialist core values,this paper takes H Primary School in Kunming,Yunnan Province as an example,and selects the primary school groups whose thoughts are active but easily disturbed by the outside world as the main research objects.Through field trips,the current situation of the cultivation of friendly values of these students is investigated.Through the survey results and data,found that this part of students generally lack of planning for life,more rebellious thinking,for their own outlook on life and values have no accurate positioning,it is difficult to be friendly with people.From this we can see that the cultivation of friendly values is inseparable from the cultivation of core values.Through the analysis of the daily behavior of these students,we can reflect the current situation and common problems of fostering friendly values of primary school students in China.At present,through consulting the domestic and foreign data on the cultivation of students’ friendly values in recent years,this paper analyzes the relevant factors that restrict the cultivation of students’ friendly values in China from various angles,and points out that the cultivation of students’ friendly values can not be separated from the support of family,school and society,and the three are indispensable.Coordination and cooperation can guide pupils in the right direction,and guide pupils to develop the correct values of friendship.
