The society's need for compound talents has spawned a large number of interdisciplinary postgraduates,but in reality,interdisciplinary postgraduate students are diverse and difficult to cultivate.The most important and most important thing to learn in any subject is to enable learners to master the basic structure of the subject.Each training unit aims to train academic talents who can master the solid basic theory and systematic professional knowledge of the subject.Therefore,the research on the knowledge structure of interdisciplinary postgraduates can not only improve their knowledge status,but also provide reference opinions for the interdisciplinary postgraduate cultivation of various training units.What is the knowledge structure of interdisciplinary graduate students? Which of their knowledge is better? What knowledge is relatively weak? How to promote their knowledge structure optimization? Based on this,this article takes the principle of pedagogy as an example,selects interdisciplinary graduate students of the principle of pedagogy as the main body of research,and uses questionnaires and interviews to study the structure of knowledge of the principle of pedagogy.The results show that there are problems in the knowledge structure of interdisciplinary graduate students.Specifically,the basic knowledge of interdisciplinary postgraduate education is relatively weak,the knowledge of interdisciplinary postgraduate education branches varies,and the relevant subject knowledge of interdisciplinary postgraduates is relatively extensive but fails to be used.According to the research results,this article mainly comes from the three major aspects of the non-limiting majors in graduate admissions,the ambiguity of interdisciplinary graduates' understanding of the discipline of pedagogy and the malpractices in graduate training.In order to improve the current knowledge structure of interdisciplinary postgraduates,this paper proposes targeted optimization strategies from four aspects: reforming the examination system for postgraduates,improving the disciplinary awareness of interdisciplinary postgraduates,optimizing graduate training programs and strengthening the guidance of mentors.
