The Comparative Research Of The Knowledge Structure System Of Science Textbook In Junior High School

A complete theory of knowledge structure is composed of two parts, one part is the systematical structure of the knowledge, and another part is the applied structure of the knowledge. Based on this, this paper selected three versions of national "Science (grade 7 to 9)" textbook (for the Wuhan Publishing House, Zhejiang Education Publishing House and East China Normal University Publishing House) and Australia's "Science Focus" textbook as the comparison objects, based on the relevant educational psychology, curriculum theory, compared the knowledge structure of the four versions of the junior high school science textbooks on the basis of literatures studying.This Paper is made up of four components. The first part expounds the development of domestic and international junior high school's science textbooks, introduces some typical textbooks, and defines the concept of the textbook and its structure.The second part introduces the theoretical basis of this study, discusses the design principles of the structure of science textbook from three aspects: Educational Psychology, contemporary courses theory and the science curriculum standards.The third part is the main part of this Paper, it compared the knowledge structure of the four versions of science textbook from the level of the systematical structure of the knowledge and the applied structure of the knowledge. The comparison of the systematical structure of the knowledge from two aspects: the knowledge of architecture and scheduling order, the layout structure ("magnetic" as the theme), By comparison we know that the system of knowledge of the three versions of domestic textbook is based on the logical structure of the knowledge, but Australia's "Science Focus" uses many theme units; From the presentation, we know that China sets up a variety of to guide the students to study on their own initiative, then the setup of the Australian textbook is a bit monotonous, but it has some unique columns such as "Science Focus" and " Career profile", which close contact to the actual lives and career planning of the students.The comparison of the applied structure of the knowledge from the important applications of knowledge - Exercises. We find that the teaching exercises in Australian textbook have many excellences by comparison, for example, it focus on deepen and duplication of knowledge level, and enhances the interdisciplinary mutual penetration.
