Secondary vocational education takes cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents as the primary task,and the importance of applied technology courses such as basic courses of computer application is self-evident.In order to establish,implement and develop computer application basic courses more effectively,Shandong provincial education department formulated and promulgated "Shandong provincial computer application basic courses standard for secondary vocational education" in May 2016.This course standard has made the explicit stipulation suggestion to the computer application foundation course goal,the teaching material,the teaching method and the evaluation and so on.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are few research data on the problems that cannot reach the standard in the course implementation of computer application basic curriculum and its influence on the teaching effect.There are also many problems in the present situation of computer application basic courses in secondary vocational schools.For example,there are deviations between the schedule of class hours and the requirements of the curriculum standards,lack of understanding of the curriculum standards by the teaching teachers and students,differences between the teaching methods and teaching focuses,examination forms and the requirements of the curriculum standards,as well as limited external conditions such as facilities and equipment.Based on the standard of basic computer application courses,this study adopts the methods of literature review,survey,interview,observation and mathematical statistics,and combines Excel 2010,SPSS 23.0 and other information data processing software.This paper investigates the implementation of computer application basic courses in Jinan science and technology secondary vocational school,Jinan media school,Yantai urban and rural construction school,Anqiu vocational secondary vocational school and other secondary vocational schools.The main contents of the investigation and research include four aspects:the situation of the basic courses of computer application in secondary vocational schools andthe situation of reaching the standards,the situation of the teachers of the basic courses of computer application in secondary vocational schools and the situation of reaching the standards,the situation of the students' participation in the basic courses of computer application in secondary vocational schools,the situation of the teaching environment of the basic courses of computer application in secondary vocational schools and the situation of reaching the standards.According to the conclusion of the survey and statistics,it is found that the facilities and equipment suitable for the basic curriculum teaching of computer application are more perfect.But there is a certain gap with the curriculum standard in the aspects of the construction of the school teachers' team,the arrangement of class hours,the choice and formulation of the teaching content,the teaching method sands of teachers and the evaluation and assessment form.The main reasons for the analysis are "the school does not pay enough attention to the implementation of the curriculum standard,the lack of supervision in the implementation process of the curriculum standard,the students' cognition of the curriculum is different,the teacher's specialization is lacking,the teaching materials cannot be combined with the characteristics of the specific professional students,meet the actual needs of the students" and so on.In view of the factors affecting the standard of the course,reference to the relevant literature,this study put forward some suggestions.The first is to improve the schedule of classes,ensure the teaching time,the development of professional characteristics and students' physical and mental development of teaching materials content.The second is to strengthen the construction of specialized teachers,improve professional literacy,reduce or eliminate the phenomenon of part-time classes.Again,it is necessary to innovate and reform the teaching methods and evaluation forms,solve the problems of all classes unified teaching methods and assessment forms,and comprehensively evaluate students.Finally,to improve the hardware conditions,increase the promotion of computer culture,is intended to make students understand the basic knowledge of computer application,to eliminate the students' cognitive differences.At present,there are still some obstacles in the implementation of computer application basic curriculum standards in secondary vocational schools.In order to further promote the implementation of curriculum standards in secondary vocational schools,this paper attempts to put forward and implement the measures of curriculum teaching method reform based on the actual situation of specific schools.In the process of implementation,the students in the experimental class and the control class were compared in terms of learning attitude,skill mastery and comprehensive performance.The results show that the improved task driven teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method in learning performance,daily learning behavior,project completion and other aspects.This is an effective way to improve the teaching effect of the basic course of computer application and to promote the implementation of the course standard.
