"The ideological and political Curriculum Standard of Senior High School(2017 Edition)" points out that the construction of ideological and political activity curriculum in senior high school dominated by core literacy is a bright spot of the newly revised ideological and political curriculum standard in senior high school.This paper tries to shape a new teaching mode which can make the curriculum content structured,the curriculum content situational,guided by the activity topic and based on the activity,so that moral education and professional education can be integrated,and the implementation of the core literacy of the subject can be promoted.And then cultivate outstanding talents with both virtue and talent.The first part is an introduction.With the needs of the all-round development of people in the new era,the demand for high school ideological and political curriculum reform,and the need for the new high school ideological and political curriculum standards,it is necessary to study the high school ideological and political activity curriculum based on core literacy.Through research,it is found that the research on the implementation of high school ideological and political activity courses is not detailed and in-depth.On the one hand,although foreign research on core literacy and activity-based courses took place earlier,the concept of “Ideological and Political Education” was not explicitly stated.On the other hand,domestic research on core literacy is relatively late,and the high school ideological and political activity curriculum is proposed in the "Elderly High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)".In view of this,the literature research method,case analysis method,interview method,classroom observation method and inductive summarization method are adopted,and the new high school ideological and political curriculum standards are taken as the starting point to explore how to better implement the high school ideological and political activity curriculum and implement it.Core literacy cultivation.The research of this topic has extremely important research value and innovative significance from both theoretical and practical perspectives.The second part is an overview of the high-level ideological and political courseactivity-based curriculum based on core literacy.Based on the understanding of core literacy and core literacy,the high school ideological and political course activity curriculum is a subject course that focuses on cultivating the core literacy of the discipline,relies on innovative theoretical teaching,and runs through the teaching process.Based on Dewey's educational philosophy and the nature of high school ideological and political courses,the high school ideological and political activity curriculum is mainly characterized by orientation,practice,theme and reality.The types of high school ideological and political activity-based courses based on core literacy mainly include experience type,negotiation type,comprehensive type,and practical type.The application of high school ideological and political activity curriculum has important significance for the cultivation of the core literacy of high school students' ideological and political disciplines,the professional accomplishment of high school ideological and political teachers,and the development of ideological and political curriculum reform.The third part is based on the core literacy of the high school ideological and political course activity-based curriculum implementation ideas.First,determine the activity topic by focusing on the course objectives,referring to the curriculum standards,and combining the students' actual situation.Secondly,complete the teaching task by creating rich situations,setting up inquiry questions,and organizing diverse activities.Finally,under the premise of clarifying the evaluation criteria of high school ideological and political activity curriculum,the students will be evaluated in a timely manner using diversified evaluation methods.The fourth part is based on the core literacy of high school ideological and political activity curriculum implementation problems and countermeasures.Examining the contemporary teaching reality,the main problems in the implementation process are the negative impact of exam-oriented education on high school ideological and political activity curriculum,the lack of planning for the implementation of high school ideological and political activity curriculum,and the inability of teachers to effectively use high school ideological and political activities.The curriculum model,the main role of the students have not been fully utilized,and the teaching evaluation has one-sided pursuit of the level of student achievement.The countermeasures for the implementation of high school ideological and political activity-based curriculum based on core literacy mainly focus on theimplementation of the concept of high school ideological and political activity curriculum,attach great importance to the implementation of high school ideological and political activity curriculum,fully develop and utilize high school ideological and political activity curriculum resources,Concerned about the students' cognition,giving full play to the main role of students and implementing the evaluation mechanism with the core performance of the discipline as the focus of evaluation.It is hoped that the core literacy-based high school ideological and political activity curriculum research can create a richer education and teaching model for educators and contribute to the development of current curriculum reform.
