People often say that to run kindergartens,teachers are the foundation and the headmaster is the key.From " Working rules of kindergartens(Trial Implementation)" adopted in 1989 to the latest edition of " Working rules of kindergartens" adopted in 2016,it has always been clearly stated that kindergartens implement the system of director responsibility.In a certain sense,what kind of kindergarten and what kind of teachers and young children are determined on what kind of director.In 2015,"Kindergarten Principal Professional Standards" pointed out that the kindergarten principal is a professional who performs the duties of kindergarten leadership and management.Moreover,as the leader in the reform and development of kindergartens,the principal also shoulders the task of leading the development of kindergartens and teachers.Thus,the headmaster plays an irreplaceable role in the construction and development of kindergarten.Moreover,the kindergarten principal's professionalism and leadership also play a particularly important role in the demonstration,demonstration and demonstration of exemplary kindergartens.Especially in the process of kindergarten curriculum construction and reform,headmaster kindergarten principal,the curriculum leadership plays a more significant role.The model kindergarten plays a role as the benchmark and guide in the whole early childhood education system.It pays attention to the development of kindergarten curriculum and the construction of educational resources,which not only helps to improve the quality of teaching in kindergartens,but also helps to improve teachers and teachers ‘s ability to practice teaching lays a solid foundation for the enhancement of its demonstration capabilities.So how do demonstrating kindergarten principal exert their own curriculum leadership in the development of the curriculum in the kindergarten,whether they have encountered corresponding obstacles,and how we should solve these obstacles? With these questions,I adopted the method of "purpose sampling",selected a city of Kashi,a profound research all the details of the kindergarten A kindergarten as a sample of this study,including A kindergarten G,Y as the director Case owners,conducted a survey of them for nearly six months.Through interviews,questionnaires,daily observation and analysis of works,the author makes an in-depth study of curriculum leadership process of G,Y Principal in A kindergarten,summarizes the concrete performance of their curriculum leadership and analyzes their Obstacles to the effective leadership of the curriculum can be encountered.Then it puts forward the optimization strategy of curriculum leadership and discusses the ways in which G and Y as the exemplary preschool kindergarten leaders to exert their proper leading role in preschool education in backward areas.The study is divided into four parts,the basic structure is:The first part: The introduction,mainly discusses the question put forward,the summary of the research at home and abroad,the significance and purpose of the research and the process of the research design.The second part: the theoretical basis of the study on the leadership of the principal,first defines the core leadership of the principal and two core concepts of the exemplary kindergarten,and then elaborates on the specific content of the curriculum innovation orientation and the theory of distributed leadership,as the research behind lays the theoretical foundation.The third part: A Kindergarten principal curriculum leadership of the case investigation.First of A kindergarten and its curriculum development in detail,after G,Y Kindergarten principal in the organization of culture,development team,professional skills,teacher strength,Resource integration five aspects of the leadership to play the specific performance of the description of the process,and from the investigation and analysis of the factors that affect their leadership of the curriculum leadership that the director of the curriculum leader in their own lack of professional knowledge,lack of time to lead the curriculum;kindergarten internal factors Teachers in the leadership of the curriculum is not enthusiastic,curriculum leadership community internal conflicts and so on;kindergarten outside mainly in the higher education sector anachronistic intervention,restrictions on the environment around the kindergarten;these three factors have become obstruction of the principal course Obstacles to leadership play.The forth part: On the one hand,it mainly puts forward the strategy of improving and optimizing leadership of curriculum chief in demonstration garden based on the obstacles in the implementation of curriculum leadership in kindergarten principal,that is,the principal should improve the leadership quality of curriculum and improve the leader of kindergarten curriculum Community and education administrative departments to change the all-around role;the other hand,from the kindergarten director's point of view,trying to explore exemplary kindergarten principal course leadership demonstration role play to form a good pre-school education resources circle of radiation,Promote the overall improvement of preschool education in the region.I hope this analysis can provide theoretical support for the further effective development of A-Kindergarten's curriculum leadership.At the same time,I hope G and Y Kindergarten principal can understand more deeply that A-Kindergarten as an exemplary kindergarten should take advantage of its own advantages and assume Guidance,lead,demonstration and radiation of ordinary kindergartens in the region.Although a kindergarten has a limited radiation range,it is believed that "a single kindergarten can start a prairie fire".Model kindergartens at all levels are combined to establish provincial-level demonstrative kindergartens that include kindergartens in township centers as a pre-school education in rural areas Demonstration of the main support system,which will bring "a long drought of rain." to the development of early childhood education in the region.
