Folk games are the concentration and essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture,as well as valuable educational resources.With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,kindergarten curriculum also experienced an unprecedented change,In recognition of the educational value of folk games,how to coordinate the kindergarten resources inside and outside,and realize the benign development of the folk games curriculum,is a new topic that the kindergarten principals confront.As a kindergarten leader,the principal plays a vital role and takes significant responsibilities in curriculum leadership.And,the head is given a new mission of folk games curriculum leadership with more resources and responsibilities.While the new concept of education is emerging,how to understand the curriculum leadership in the kindergarten principals' perspective? What kind of tasks should they take? How to organize and coordinate manpower,material resources and financial resources?Based on the above questions,this thesis chooses T kindergarten which has deep background in taking folk games as the research site and principal C as a case study.In order to witness her specific methods and measures,this thesis will describe the folk games curriculum leadership of principal C in five aspects such as the curriculum professional technology,curriculum organizational structure,curriculum teachers,curriculum culture and curriculum public relations through interviews,observation and materials collection methods.Meanwhile,it will analyze the causes from various perspectives of problems that the principal C encountered in the leadership of folk games curriculum,make constructive suggestions to promote the leadership of principal C's folk games curriculum,and also provide reference for principals being “Conscious” curriculum leaders in the future.According to the study,depth teaching experience is quite important,it is beneficial to find course issues.At the same time,principals must learn to empower the teachers of curriculum decision and make every effort to acquire support for the construction of folk games curriculum leadership community and curriculum development community.In addition,the heads of kindergartens must strengthen their leadership qualities and establish the concept of comprehensive curriculum development,and grasp the dynamic of folk games curriculum development from the macro.
