| Background: Postural stability is the basis of people’s daily life.Enhancing postural stability plays an important guiding role in preventing sports injury.How to improve postural stability is a key problem to be solved in the field of sports rehabilitation.In recent years,the application of whole body vibration training is more and more popular.Compared with other training,whole body vibration training has the advantages of simplicity,safety,effectiveness and easy control.As a research hotspot of sports injury protection,core training can activate the body’s neuromuscular control ability and effectively improve muscle strength.At present,there are relevant studies on vibration training and core training in China,but there is little research on their combined application.The combination of whole-body vibration training and core training can provide new ideas for improving posture stability,which is necessary for further research and discussion.Objective: To explore the effect of whole body vibration combined with core training,simple core training and simple whole body vibration training on dynamic and static posture stability.Methods: This study recruited 45 male college students without sports training experience in Jilin Physical Education College and randomly divided them into 3 groups:Whole body vibration combined with core training group(combined group,N=15persons),pure core training group(core group,N=15 persons),and pure vibration group(vibration group,N=15 persons).All three groups received intervention for 4 weeks.The combination group received Whole body vibration combined with core training(Doing core training on shaking table,set frequency of 10 Hz,15min),the Core group(The core training content is consistent with the combination group),and the Vibration group received whole body vertical vibration training(set frequency of 10 Hz,15min).Related indicators were tested,including Star Excursion Balance Test(SEBT),Center of Pressure(COP),Plantar ressure distribution test,and dynamic Postural Stability Test(PST).SPSS22.0 was used for descriptive statistics of the experimental results.Statistical methods The paired sample T test was used for the intra-group comparison,and the one-way analysis of variance was used for the inter-group comparison.The results were expressed as "mean ± standard deviation",and the significance level was set as P<0.05.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in basic cases(P> 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the stability index of the dynamic posture stability or static posture stability before intervention(P>0.05).(2)Static Posture Stability test results:(1)Comparison of COP indexes: When the eyes were opened,the ball length,eccentricity,X-axis moving distance and Y-axis moving distance in the combined group were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05);The indexes of vibration group and core group had no significant change compared with those before intervention(P > 0.05).Compared with the core group and vibration group,the ball length,LS ratio and Y-axis moving distance of the combination group were significantly improved(P<0.05);The eccentricity of the combined group was also significantly improved compared with the vibration group(P<0.05);Compared with the vibration group,the LS ratio and eccentricity of the core group were significantly improved(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other indexes(P>0.05).When the eyes were closed,the ball length,eccentricity,X-axis moving distance and Y-axis moving distance in the combined group were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05);The ball length,eccentricity and X-axis moving distance of the core group were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05);The ball length of vibration group was significantly improved compared with that before intervention(P<0.05),and the other indexes had no significant change compared with that before intervention(P>0.05).Compared with the core group and the vibration group,the ball length,eccentricity,X-axis moving distance and Y-axis moving distance of the combination group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the eccentricity of the combination group and the vibration group was also significantly improved(P<0.05);Compared with the vibration group,the ratio of LS in the core group was significantly improved(P<0.05),and there was no significant change in other indicators between groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison indexes of plantar pressure: compared with that before intervention,the absolute values of maximum pressure,average pressure and contact area were significantly improved in the combined group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the vibration group and the core group(P>0.05).Compared with the core group and the vibration group,the maximum pressure and average pressure of the combination group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the absolute value of the contact area difference between the combination group and the core group was also significantly improved(P<0.05);The absolute value of contact area difference between the vibration group and the core group was significantly improved(P <0.05),and there was no significant change in other indicators between groups(P>0.05).(3)The results of dynamic Posture Stability test(1)The result of SEBT,compared within the group,the combined group increased significantly in all directions except the posterior direction after intervention(P<0.05);In the core group,there was only significant increase in the anterior and posterior directions after intervention(P<0.05);There was no significant change in all directions of vibration group(P>0.05).Compared with the core group and the vibration group,the combination group had a significant increase in the anterolateral,lateral,posterior,anteromedial directions after intervention(P<0.05),and the combination group also had a significant increase in the anterior,posterolateral,posteromedial,medial directions compared with the vibration group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in all directions between core group and vibration group after intervention(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of results of Biodex balance SD dynamic postural stability model: When the eyes were opened,comparison within groups,the index of OSI and APSI betwen the combination group and the core group were significantly improved compared with before intervention(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the three indexes compared with the intervention in the vibration group(P>0.05).Comparison between groups,the combination group was significantly improved in index of APSI compared with the vibtation group,(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other index within groups(P>0.05).When the eyes were closed,Compared with the core group and vibration group,There was a significantly improved in the index of OSI and APSI(P<0.05),There also has significantly improved in the index of MLSI between the combination group and the vibration group(P<0.05);Compared with the vibration group,the core group had significant difference in the index of OSI and the index of APSI(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 4 weeks of intervention,whole body vibration combined with core training can improve dynamic Posture stability and static Posture stability,and the effect is better than that of whole body vibration training and core training alone.(2)After 4 weeks of intervention,core training can improve dynamic Posture stability and static Posture stability with eyes closed,and the effect is better than Whole body vibration training.(3)After 4 weeks of intervention,Whole body vibration training did not improve dynamic and static Posture stability. |
