Using the static posture assessment technology to analyze the static body posture of the 27 Taekwondo Athletes in Guangzhou city sports school, and find out the abnormal posture of the athletes. The study found that taekwondo athletes from sports injury is divided into non contact type and contact type injury injury, joint instability, muscle strength imbalance, the descent of the flexible joint and muscle in the energy for a long time load leads to the internal subtle damage accumulation is main cause of the damage. Taekwondo Athletes of static postural assessment appears abnormal posture including scoliosis, round shoulder hump, anterior pelvic tilt, type 0 leg, knee joint hyperextension of the problem and the specific character of these abnormal posture and Taekwondo are closely related to, the abnormal posture of Taekwondo athletes may cause adverse effects. First, abnormal posture increases the athletes sports injury risk, in the Taekwondo training due to the compensatory actions lead to become athletic injury of cumulative culprit; secondly, abnormal posture of Taekwondo athletes play a negative effect, so that the energy transfer efficiency decreases, affect the level of technology to improve; thirdly, abnormal posture of Taekwondo Athletes growth development impact, if in life is not corrected in time, the bad habits of the posture, with the growth and development of body, it will become permanent position defects. Finally, abnormal posture of Taekwondo athletes physiological and psychological and other aspects produced adverse effects. Therefore, it is necessary through pre rehabilitation to correct the Tae Kwon Do athletes bad posture, through injury prevention function training, effective prevention of injuries occurred to help athletes improve the competitive ability. The main methods are:first, to improve the correct technical movement by athletes, including athletes improve technical movement and improve the comprehensive two aspects of athletes leg force skills; second, to relax the tense muscles by massage stretching and other means, including reinforced membrane to relax and stretch two methods; third, through the function of strength training for pre rehabilitation, including two aspects of muscle strength exercises and balance the power of the core stability training; fourth, pay attention to regeneration after recovery, the training was intensified tense muscles relax and restore elasticity after training; fifth, join in position to plate in the preparation activities, can be adjusted to the structure of the human body posture a suitable working condition, all parts of the body is in a reasonable position of the best; sixth, strengthen the athlete proprioception training Practice, through the enhancement of athlete proprioception sensitivity, improve the athlete for body posture and joint position information of self perceived ability to control; the seventh, by strengthening core strength exercises improve athletes bad posture.
